This beach house is clean, comfortable and cozy - set up for relaxing with every possible amenity including a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor decked area with BBQ and comfy seating as well as down comforters on each bed and a clean, private hot tub in the fenced yard.

IMPORTANT NOTE :
THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR LOUD GATHERINGS IN THE BACKYARD. Several neighbors are permanent residents and would be adversely impacted by excess noise from this property. Unfortunately, this beach house is not the right choice if your group is planning a gathering beyond the stated guest limit of 6. We value a positive relationship with our permanent neighbors -large or noisy gatherings just won’t work, however this is the PERFECT place for an affordable, LOW-KEY, relaxing beach get-away.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Located in Stinson Beach Village just steps to the beach. House has Mt. Tam views. Perfect for one/two small families or two couples, this beach bungalow is adorable. Private, sunny, enclosed backyard with BBQ, comfy seating and hot tub. Pets are negotiable.

Perfect Stay in Stinson

This property was great for myself and 3 friends during our long weekend stay while running a trail race in Stinson Beach. The location was amazing and the property had everything we needed and more. The host is top notch (A+!) with communication, providing us with a list of restaurants and local hikes. Thank you so much, we'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway!

We had such a wonderful week at this beautiful little cottage! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was close to the beach (2-minute walk) and town (10-minute walk). We loved the hot tub and sheltered backyard. We will be back!

Stuff we LOVED about our stay here: Used the hot tub for hours each night for hours. Loved the location just yards from the ocean. Loved the location for a little walk to town and the Matt Davis trailhead. This place was well furnished and clean. There were plenty of linens and a wide variety of appliances. We did not stay with littles but if that is in your realm this place is PERFECT. There is a great two twin bedroom wiht it's own tv. the outdoor shower also made it very easy to get the wetsuits off and get clean before going inside from the beach. Great place and thank you for this experience of staying here.

Well appointed house. Really Comfortable stay!

Lovely house. The most comfortable beds! Well stocked kitchen. Hot tub and outside patio were great for late afternoon lounging after a day at the beach (which was steps away, btw) Owners were great with communication and lovely to deal with. We stay in Stinson a lot. We like this area of the beach and this is one of the better houses with beach access. We will be back!

Lovely Summer Get Away

We booked this stay with the hopes of leaving the valley heat and enjoying time at Stinson Beach and the surrounding area. We brought our dog and all three of us enjoyed our stay and the amenities inside and outside. The property is well maintained and it is evident that the owners care about their rental and want visitors to enjoy their stay. Very clean and comfortable. The king size bed was a dream to sleep on and the quality of the bed coverings was excellent! Karen was excellent to work with and very accessible, friendly, and helpful.

Another great stay

This is our second time and it’s a cozy cottage for 3 generations. Everything you need with a nice private backyard. We like being close to the beach and it’s perfect for that. Stinson gets cold even in the summer so bring your jackets. Also, there used to be beach chairs and towels but I forgot to bring all but two beach chairs. So don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach equipment and also beach towels. Also, don’t forget to bring coffee. There is a coffee machine but you need to bring your own coffee and condiments such as hot sauce, olive oil etc. They have salt and pepper and basic spices. Sharing one bathroom sucks but it’s fine and having a hot tub is great. Karen is very responsive! She has a cute book library and I left a few I finished reading. Thanks for everything Karen!!!!

Great time at Stinson cottage

Karen's property was just as described and looked even better in person than in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfy. The outdoor spaces were great for sitting and reading/relaxing. The house was clean and it was an easy walk to the beach at the end of the block. Thanks for offering your beach cottage for vacation stays. We had a lovely time

Family beach vacation!

We loved our stay at this super cute, cozy beach house on Stinson Beach with our family of six adults and a small dog. The house is in a quiet area about 30-40 yards away from the beach. It has a fenced in, nice yard with hot tub and BBQ. High fencing offers good privacy in backyard. There’s easy access around the side of the house to wash off after an afternoon at beach. You can hear the waves from the house. The kitchen is well stocked and there’s a market nearby for any extras we needed. Market is pricey so we were glad we brought most of our food with us. Kitchen and front room tables were good for cards and playing games. The WiFi connection was good. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this rental and beach experience!

Cozy spot

Weather during long weekend was sunny so basked in the sun on the back deck and went for walk on the beach. It was also rainy one day amd chilly at night so turned on the gas fireplaces and played some board games from the well stocked game cabinet. Wonderful stay.

Cozy darling cottage steps from the beach

This cottage looks tiny from the street and my tall husband was nervous as we walked in, but it turned out to be perfect! It's clean and cozy with plenty of room for a family of five, thanks in no small part to the awesome outdoor space in the back. And the beach, of course! The beds were super comfortable and the owner was really responsive and helpful. The one downer was that the hot tub was leaking so we had to keep filling it up, meaning it never really got hot enough, but I'm sure that's been fixed. This was a delightful house and we had a great stay.
