Located on the 1st floor, the floor plan boasts an upgraded interior and fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Sleeps 7 comfortably so bring the family and start enjoying your vacation here!

Beach theme but musty smell and small ants

The condo is nicely decorated, but there is a musty smell they try to cover up with plugin air fresheners. We got a bad impression when we first entered the building through the screen door. The bottom hydraulic had detached from one side and was a tripping hazard. There were other obstacles along the way like a large rebar-type device (4 ft) and a bunch of the DampRid container (yes, they know they have a problem). But the worst part was there was no working light in the hallway, which means when you try to get the key in the locks, you need to use the light on your phone. They did velcro a battery operated light near the door, but it was not working. The condo is decorated nicely, but the pretty sofa chair in the pictures has been replaced with a well-used rattan chair with brown cushion. I can see why they switched it out for the staging pictures. The master bed was comfortable but has a large stain on the mattress. the two lower bunk beds have mattresses where you can feel every spring. Maybe young kids can sleep on them but they are totally unacceptable to anyone over 50 lbs. The upper mattress are better, but not nothing great. There are small ants that seem to be coming from under the couch. I saw one ant bait in the kitchen. There were 2 TVs, not 3 like the listing says. It's all streaming. I would suggest the owners add hooks on the walls for guests to hang their hats, purses, beach bags, on when they come in. I never communicated with the property manager, so I just gave that 5 stars. Check in was quick and easy.

Great Time

We had so much fun while in OCMD. This property was a great location for both activities in Ocean City but also with things at the Delaware Beaches. We enjoyed many morning coffees on the porch looking over the canal. Very chill. Would definitely rent this property again.

So worth it

This place was wonderful. From the time you open the door it was nothing but wow. Felt like I was in the Caribbean in one of the beach houses. Everything was clean and beautiful. Management was friendly and professional. Will be staying again next time my family and I are in town!
