Definitely would stay again. Quiet, comfortable and easy access to the beach where our chairs were waiting every day. Really one of my favorite places to stay.

Excellent beach view from the second story! The condo was clean and we had no real issues. The toilet in the guest bathroom didn't flush correctly, the stopper in the main bathtub didn't work correctly, and the main bathroom sink drained slow. BUT all of that to say, it was a great condo. We would definitely stay there again!

We are sorry about the toilet in the guest bathroom not flushing correctly and will look into it. We also regret the issues with the main bathtub stopper and the slow-draining sink and will review those as well.

The VRBO was very clean. Until bedtime, the unit was very accommodating. But I do believe that that’s the worst bed I ever slept on in my entire life. I can’t believe someone would put such a terrible bed in a place for people to stay in. For this reason, I would never stay in this unit again.

Amazing gulf view and easy close beach access!! Beautiful condo with all the amenities. Very quiet property. Host was very responsive and this property is very clean.

To be perfectly honest the condo looked like the listing. Problem was most of the furniture was broken down. The outside furniture looked wonderful but it was broken and they tried repairing it with something like gorilla glue. Hard to get out of because you couldn't use the arms to pull up. The King size bed looked beautiful but the mattress was broken down as if elephants had a party on the mattress. I called and got to talk to reps in Jamaica. Not much progress but finally got a hold of someone in the US. The problem was they told me they would send a property manager over to check out the bed. Waited all day called every hour and got nothing but the run around. Ended up leaving before our final day due to the discomfort. Good news is they are suppose to be getting a new mattress, but I wouldn't hold my breath. I am suppose to get a small refund but it won't even cover my hotel I had to get because we left early. On the upside, the Condo was very clean, and had a wonderful view. Pelican Isle is a nice, clean place but I will never book through Southern Vacation rentals and had different staff at the condo tell me they were known for bad customer service.
