I had the BEST TIME AT THIS PROPERTY. It’s a MUST!! Beautiful views, the host was amazing, communication was perfect, and the house was very clean for being right on the lake. We will be back, I want to utilize the dock more. Thank you for making this the best trip ever!!

Things pictured in photos weren’t there. Hot tub, table on lower deck, and cushions on outdoor furniture

We’re sorry the outdoor setup did not fully match what you expected from the listing photos. During your stay, the hot tub and supporting deck required safety-related replacement and maintenance. That work has since been completed, with a larger hot tub and improved space for entering and exiting. The mid-level deck is currently unfurnished, and the outdoor cushions are stored in the upstairs hallway closet to keep them dry between uses. We’ll also review the listing photos and guest instructions to ensure the current setup and cushion location are clear.

Our stay was wonderful. The location was great, the house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more. It was easy to communicate to the owner and I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. I plan on returning myself next summer.

Fabulous house and perfect weekend

The whole family came to celebrate our daughter graduating from Mizzu Vet school and this house was perfect for our stay. Being able to see the northern lights on friday night was a bonus. The house is so charming and roomy and it was just perfect to have all the family together to celebrate such a joyful event.

Hot tub wasn't clean and doesn't have steps to get in. Cushoins aren't placed on patio furniture. You have to do that, then put them back. They want you to wash the towels before you leave and remove the bedsheets. For the price they charge that service should be included. No seating on the mid deck. Windows are really dirty on the lower porch.

We were looking for a quiet, relaxing get-away and we found it at this Lake Ozark home. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and the dock, eating on the deck, cooking out on the grill and relaxing on the oversized couches. The house is located on a very quiet street, so no traffic noise and beautiful star gazing at night. We took advantage of the cooler weather and changing foliage to enjoy the Ha Ha Tonka State Park and Ozark State Park for hikes while we were there. It rained one day so we toured Bridal Cave, the Camden county Museum and the Willmore Lodge. The history of the Bagnell Dam and creation of the lake is very interesting. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants to choose from, but you might prefer to cook and stay in like we did a few nights.

This was a really nice place with fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and cute decor. The open concept allowed for entertaining our large family. Bedrooms were very comfortable and so nice to have the extra kitchen downstairs.

AMAZING, beautiful, and peaceful

I absolutely loved staying here, we didn't want to leave. The house was beautiful and fit everyone very nicely. They had anything you could think of. Check in was easy, the home owners was fantastic, always answered the phone, and was super nice to talk to even though we did not meet face to face. The stairs were just a added in work out. Glad our grandmother did not come, not sure if she would have made it back up from the dock. Their home felt like our second home. We will most def book with them again for our future vacations! So glad we made the this choice. On top of the house we rented a boat and some water toys, which just made our trip a whole! Thanks for letting us stay!
