Come stay at this beautiful Springs condo & enjoy the views of the mountains and the valley. This condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths on the ground level, (1,172 sq.ft.) and sleeps 10 adults. It features beautiful furnishings and luxury amenities - Large kitchen w/ all utensils, linens, washer & dryer, flat screen TVs, cable, and a two car garage.

Max Occupancy 10 persons (includes adults/children of all ages) at all times.

This is a wheelchair accessible property which does not infer it is ADA compliant. Please contact us so we may assist you in determining if this property is adequate for your specific needs.

This condo is located in the heart of Mesquite within a few minutes of 7 championship golf courses and 3 casinos. It is approximately a one hour drive to Las Vegas and only 35 miles to St George, UT. The Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Zion National Park are wonderful day trip options.

Great location

Perfect location and layout of condo. 1st floor was perfect and 2 car garage was aweome. Floors were not very clean, and only 1 smart tv. Cable was very limited

Poor Communication and Management

The house and location were great - neighbor nice and quiet. Before booking the house, we reached out to the property manager to ask about the community pool and hot tub being open during the dates we were planning to book. A message was sent back saying the pool was not heated (which we were ok with) and that it would be open during the dates we were looking at booking. Upon arrival, we got the kids ready to go to the pool and when at the pool, it was EMPTY as was the hot tub. We waited until property management company opened to call. We were given the run around about how they only manage the property and the HOA managed the pool and facilities. The frustration lied in that the employee was extremely rude on the phone and the property management advertisement used the pool and hot tub as an incentive to stay

We are very sorry to hear you were treated rudely as we do not condone such treatment of our guests. We indeed do not manage the community the condo is in and can only provide the information we have at the time it is requested. Unfortunately, the community management is not always good about communicating when they will be performing maintenance. Amenities are one of the attractions at any property and we do include a disclaimer stating we cannot guarantee their availability during your stay. Again, all we can do is apologize for the inconvenience this occurred during your stay. This is atypical.

Really enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay! It was great to have the pool walking distance. The house was clean and comfortable. My only note is the bed in the master was very uncomfortable. We would definitely book here again!

Great place...except mattresses

The only thing that prevented it being a 5 star rating was the mattresses. We weren’t expecting top of the line but we had to go buy a mattress topper just to get some sleep and even with that we didn’t sleep good and woke up very sore every morning.

Just as described.

We got in late, easy instructions were left for our late, but simple access in. All was as described. The place was pretty basic but accommodating. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was adequately stocked with the basics needed for preparing meals. The sofa bed was the only down side to this property. The mattress is very thin and in my opinion not acceptable for an adult. You could probably put a couple small/ light kids on it and they would sleep fine. But I wouldn’t plan to sleep an adult on it. The pool/hot tub was great! And we used the briquette bbq at the pavilion by the pool. A HUGE plus for this property was the parking availability. We had a boat and jet skis and 3 vehicles. There was plenty of parking for us. That is rare with vacation rentals. Our family had a great time and enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
