The Royal Moana is one of the best values in Waikiki and ranks among the highest in guest satisfaction! Now you don’t have to sacrifice quality for affordability. Located at 240 Liliuokalani Ave, the Royal Moana is a few minutes walk to world class Waikiki beaches and was remodeled with the sole purpose of providing you a classy yet economical alternative to a hotel room. Ask yourself, why would I ever rent a room when I can rent a home? As you can see in the amenities, we have gone to great lengths to make sure these condos are truly your home away from home. Ali’i Beach Rentals manages the entire property so there are 6 identical fully furnished stylish one bedroom condos and 1 classic studio available.

The sleeping arrangements are very convenient with a queen bed in the bedroom along with a trundle day bed which has two twin sized mattresses. Leave the bedroom pocket doors open for extra space or shut them for a private bedroom.

ALI'I BEACH RENTALS INCLUDE:
- Beach chairs, boogie board, and cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

Excellent Stay

My daughter and I stayed at this property for 10 days in July, 2013 and we're very delighted to have chosen this place instead of a hotel. It was very comfortable, just like home since it has everything like full kitchen and laundry. Also, what we like about the property, it was located very convenient of everything and quiet and safe. The property is just 5 minutes walk from the beach.

Month long stay

Condo was clean and great location. We reserved a parking spot for half of what some hotels charge for parking. Great secure building which uses codes which I prefer to keys. We were leaving close to midnight and were able to extend our stay for 1/2 a day at a reduced charge. On site laundry located in common patio area was also inexpensive compared to hotel machines.

Very Good unit: clean, easy to access, close to the beach, public transportation, restaurants, food stores and shops of all forms. Ali'i management and staff were excellent. Have already booked our return trip next Fall. For those who are budget conscious and enjoy a 30 day relaxing holiday, a good choice.

Best place to stay in Honolulu

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had an amazing 2 month stay in this rental with my family. Everything was perfect and the value for money on Oahu definitely cannot be beat! The complimentary laundry for guests was a huge plus for a long stay, as well as the full kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and sheets and towels were very clean. Everyone I spoke to, from the office to the housekeepers on site were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back and highly recommend. Mahalo!

We had a car because we like to explore the country side. About 4 blocks to the beach, nice comfortable apt, and provided the basics for cooking, including some plastic containers for food.

Memorable Hawaiian holiday

Nice touch with startup supplies, toiletries, dish soap,etc. Was greatly appreciated. We asked for an extra chair, and it was delivered that same day. Special thanks to the young lady doing laundry, she was very helpful and accommodating, especially the day that our internet failed. All in all a very problem free vacation. GREAT LOCATION. COZY, COMFORTABLE

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very happy with this rental. The only reason it didn’t 5 stars overall is because the toilet ran 24 hours a day. It was an easy fix I’m sure. It didn’t interfere with our stay but it was a bit loud. I sent an email about this issue and when we were checking out, a maintenance guy came to fix it. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. the location is great. About a two minute walk to Wakiki Beach. Note that if you need an elevator, this is not for you as you have to walk up steps to get to your unit. I would recommend this place.

Sad place and Noise

Seperate beds for the kids and bedroom for us, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities onsite and the most valuable feature for us with a rental car - free parking! We would definitely book here again.The only suggestions we have to make an awesome location even better would be the changing of blinds (the verticals let Alot of street light in at night) and a BBQ grill onsite to make use of.

We enjoyed the location during our stay, but the beds were very uncomfortable. The sheets were also hot and itchy. We didn't have one good nights sleep during our stay. The unit could use some updating such as new rugs. It was also noisy if you didn't turn the AC up high during the night. It was a short walk to Waikiki Beach.

If you are looking for a place to force you outdoors, this is it!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures must have been taken a long time ago. The rug you see in the picture is now worn and gray; cushions on the couch are missing and the bed is a headboard nailed to the wall, but not attached to the bedframe! No screen on the sliding glass door and really only one other window in the living space. Very noisy street all night long. Positive: kitchen is new, stove is not. Off street free parking is great. 2 blocks from the beach, and beach chairs there to take with you to the beach.
