This was a last minute booking on Oahu in the Waikiki area due to accommodations / location changes related to hurricane weather on. Kauai. Yuan and Yvonne had great communications and were patient with me during multiple flight cancellations / changes. The listing description and photos matched perfectly. Also, this was a great value vs a booking I had later in the week at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach. I would deffinately stay at one of Yuan / Yvonne's properties again.

The room was exactly like the picture. It was clean and a great location. We were able to walk to the food trucks, restaurants, and the beach.

Checkin and getting to park was quite the mess. Prices went up and it’s CASH ONLY TO PARK!!!! Go to the 7/11 to get cash it’s cheaper. Otherwise the property was great

The building’s independently operated parking garage is cash only, and I include this information in the check-in instructions. This studio apt is small but clean, comfortable, stunning views, walking distance to Waikiki Beach. The neighborhood feels safe and being next to the food trucks was fun! Host was good to us and very accommodating, checking in often to make sure we had what we needed. We would stay here again!

This room was perfect for 2 people and the view was phenomenal ! Our host was very responsive with anything we needed and we got everything as expected. Parking was easy to pay in advance for the whole week and the in/out made it even better. Our whole booking experience was easy and organized would definitely recommend this place.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. This place is so cute and had everything we could of needed. The location was very convenient, many of the places we went were a short walk or uber/lyft ride away. Another added bonus was the adorable restaurant called the "Cream Pot" located at the bottom of the building, the ambiance and food were amazing. Thank you to the host for providing a wonderful experience.

During your visit, Oahu was impacted by an unusual severe storm that caused a temporary power outage across multiple areas, including hotels and residential buildings. Fortunately, service was restored shortly after. Regarding the hot water, the building’s central system can occasionally fluctuate during peak usage times, but it typically resolves quickly, as it did in your case. While these situations were outside of my control, I truly appreciate your understanding and am always available to assist guests whenever anything arises. I’m glad the rest of your stay went well and appreciate you choosing to stay with us. Yvonne

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would absolutely stay here again. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and the beach. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient without needing to drive everywhere. The condo itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated how secure the building was, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay and a great home base for enjoying everything Hawaii has to offer. Highly recommended!

This place was great! It was a perfect space for my husband and I. Very clean and had the basic necessities. Everything you need is nearby even the beach.

Our Hostess did a great job answering multiple questions prior to our arrival. She made our arrival very smooth. The apartment was just as we imagined and maybe a little better. It was very clean, tidy, lots of windows for a great view.We are very pleased with our stay and her facility.

Great little studio on the 23rd floor. Host was very kind and provided very detailed instructions and communications. The price was very affordable and provided us a perfect retreat from our large family’s house. Would definitely stay again! Thanks again Yvonne!

The view from the room was spectacular! The room was perfect for the two of us & within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants & best of all, to the beach! There are rental cars available right there but we opted to walk everywhere. We didn’t use the pool or hot tubs but we did take advantage of the laundry room. Folks in the lobby area were friendly & answered our questions. Our host was very kind & helpful & responsive & answered our questions about using TheBus as well as things to do. There were sand mats & other items for the beach which we enjoyed. We thought it was a great place to stay & would recommend this place! And our host was 5 star!!

Overall a great place for 2 people. Amazing views, friendly/responsive host and very clean. Parking was a little confusing. Parking is cash only and just next door.

Our host trade very hard to accommodate us the place was clean the bed was nice everything was good for us. The location was good easy to get to places by walking and that's we did a lot of times didn't need a rental car

Everything was nice and clean smell like bleach. The host was very responsive and very considerate. Only downfall I would say is looking at the pictures. I thought the room was bigger than what it was. But We will definitely book again.
