The perfect vacation retreat! Spacious 3rd floor condo, with elevator and terrific views. The best of both worlds with a view of the ocean & golf course from your private, furnished, screened balcony. Balcony has two sets of sliders that adds even more living space. Freshly painted and newly furnished, the sleep sofa is perfect for overnight guests and the living room boasts a 50” inch flat screen TV with a vaulted ceiling, windows and ceiling fan. Plenty of room to relax The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Don’t feel like cooking? There is an onsite oceanfront restaurant and many terrific restaurants just minutes away. The Master bedroom suite also features great views, pillow-top king bed and a flat screen TV. WiFi, basic cable, washer,dryer, beach chairs, cooler & beach towels are available for your use. Located on Hutchinson Island, Ocean Village is a gated resort like community with five swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, fitness center, clubhouse, bocce, a library, Tiki bar and oceanfront restaurant set along one mile of gorgeous beach and beautiful ocean.

A Great Place To Stay

We were very please with this very clean, modern, and exceptional condo. Condo is located on third floor overlooking the golf course and beautiful view of the ocean. Like being at a tropical resort. Short walk to beach and pool. We highly recommend. Chad, the owner was very accommodating regarding our stay.

Chad's condo was in excellent condition with a great ocean view

Chad was an excellent host. My wife, Karen, and I will definitely return for another great vacation. Ocean Village is great gated community. The beach, swimming pools, and Tiki Bar were superb. The Inn at Ocean Village restaurant had great food with reasonable prices, and good live music every night. We enjoyed dinner two evenings and visited for the music and dancing two additional evenings. The par 3 golf course was also excellent. Chad's condo was a great place for us to relax and enjoy some quality "down time". Dick & Karen

Perfect Stay

Great location on North Hutchinson Island. Chad (host) extremely friendly and helpful. Condo is very nice , good layout, spotless, lots of daylight and very comfortable. All went well. Already planning return visit.

Wonderful vacation getaway!

This is our 2nd year at Ocean Village. We found this unit to be clean and very livable: living area with wide screen HD, dependable wifi and Direct TV, comfortable bed, and walk in shower. We used the kitchen which is well equipped with kitchen supplies. My husband especially liked the vaulted ceiling with its sky lights which enhanced the beach atmosphere and ocean experience. Chad was very helpful answering our questions and we are looking forward to our return next year to this unit at OV.

Lovely home!

The owner was very responsive to our emails and went out of his way to be very accommodating. The condo has a lovely view of the ocean, is very comfortable and clean, and well appointed. We highly recommend it to anyone staying in Ocean Village.

This Island is such a unique place, There is so much history here and it is far enough south to enjoy year round and just off the mainland you get a true Caribbean feel!

Ocean Village Amenities are unbelievable they offer beautiful private beach, several pools, Tiki bar, Restaurant, 9 hole golf coarse, basketball, tennis, bocce ball and the surround area is breathtaking and so much to see and do.
