This Tuscany retreat is a large corner property, there is a fenced in back yard that is child/pet safe. This retreat offers 3 bedrooms 2 baths, plus a den that also can sleep two. Washer, dryer, two car garage, dining area and also a screened in lanai. There is an open floor plan includes dining area living area and kitchen with sliding doors that open all around. Home is on a very quiet street. Location is near shopping & dining. If you enjoy the beach there are three beaches near Venice beach,Englewood beach and Siesta Key The #1 beach in the U.S. Great place for rest and relaxation. House has wifi & cable.

Wonderful place

This property was wonderful well stocked kitchen and bathroom, lovely big large for the dogs to run in. our host was quick to answer any questions that we had. The area was quiet and safe Would highly recommend this property to anyone

Great time!

We did enjoy our stay, and it was great having Publix so close. We are all golfers and we have a favorite course in Punta Gorda. But everything worked out and the owners were very friendly, and attentive to our requests. The house is set up perfectly for our needs!

This home is adorable and it felt like a home away from home. The best part was getting to meet Denise and Robert. They are amazing!! We would book again!

2 week getaway

Very well kept home, nice appointments, excellent location to restaurants, golf, Parks and recreation facilities. Enjoyed our stay. If you have a question Denise answers very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Perfect

We needed a place to stay until our home was completed. This home was very near our place. It was conveniently near all kinds of stores and businesses and churches. It really helped us learn our way around the city

Great house. Denise and Rob were excellent hosts. Would definitely recommend i. Our dog loved the back yard and we had lots of walks in the neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and had us over for St Patty’s day.

Tucked Away in North Port

We were very impressed with the location of the home and it's privacy. It was beautifully decorated with plenty of room and ALL the comforts of home. Our hosts, Rob and Denise, were very accommodating and really nice people to deal with. We highly recommend this home. Sincerely, The Mitchell's

Extended stay between houses

We were at this property for an extended stay when we sold our home. The neighborhood was very peaceful and great for bike rides. The home office worked great for working from home. If you have kids or dogs they will love the spacious back yard with the lemon tree! The property is well equipped with whatever you need for a 2 week or longer stay. The beds are very comfortable too! Publix is just a 5 minute drive away. Lots of parks within 15 minutes and beaches are just 30 minutes. Overall a great stay!

Nice place!

We enjoyed our stay although we left a week early (our decision) due to the Coronavirus situation. Everything we had planned was being cancelled & we felt like we should be home. The house was very nice. Quiet neighborhood and great place to take walks. The backyard was so private & nice for grilling . Our pup loved it too! Owners were very responsive to our requests.

well worth it

Very nice place with most everything clean and functional. Water from fridge did not work but filtered water at sink was a fine alternative. Quiet neighborhood was great for daily walks.

Nice Home!

The home is very nicely decorated, making relaxing easy! Home is well appointed with plenty of linens, tableware and cookware. The screened in lanai is nice to have, although the sun/heat made it unusable for us after about 10:00 a.m. The fenced in backyard is very nice if you're traveling with dogs. The property managers cut the grass on the day we arrived and we found them responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Very quiet neighborhood, nice for walking dogs.

Lovely house in a lovely quiet neighborhood!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at the Restful Tuscany Retreat! We wanted to stay longer but it was already rented for Feb and Mar. The house had everything you would possible need and the owners are very kind and helpful. We enjoyed walking our dogs around the beautiful peaceful neighborhoods! So pretty and a nice location!! We highly recommend this lovely home! (I really enjoyed the oversized bathtub on a few chilly Jan nights!) Very nice, pretty home! Thank you for letting us stay for the month. Anne and Tom Hill

Nice vacation

The home was in a quiet neighborhood. Room sizes were good. Linens clean on arrival. Enjoyed the house arrangement with a great dining area for eating and card/game playing. Would rent again.
