• Taxes: State, County, and City taxes are not included in the rates.
• Damage: Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Payment: Rental fees are due 30 days before arrival.
• Registration: Guests must register online with the Calypso Condominium Association , $60 per reservation, includes parking for one car.

Larry and Cathy are excellent hosts. You have any questions they're there to help. Quick to respond and always courteous. The room is in an excellent spot. No need to wait for elevator heat a couple flights of stairs and your on the beach!

Amazing view and great location! This unit was perfect for our family of four; the second bathroom definitely came in handy when trying to rinse off from a beach day and head to Pier Park or Sharky’s for dinner. The host was great in responding to a lock issue immediately and handled it quickly and efficiently. Third floor location of the unit is perfect for walking directly across from the parking garage.

Great stay, easiest check-in process I ever experienced, excellent communication with owner. The only problem we experienced was the door code & garage scan code at checkout. The code was supposed to work until after checkout, our door code stop working at 9am while we were trying to load up, it made it REALLY DIFFICULT! Then the scan code to exit the garage would not work and we were out before 10am! Very stressful trying to exit, the code not working & traffic lined up trying to get out! Very stressful!

Good location near Pier Park & excellent oceanfront view with convenient parking! The pool is nice & tiki bar is great. Owner was responsive; however, overall, cleanliness was not on par with our standards. The living room chairs are old & dirty & could stand to either be replaced or deep cleaned as well.

We had the best time staying here on our vacation. The room was perfect! And it was on the third floor so we walked straight over from the parking garage and didn’t have to use any elevators to get to our room! The view was amazing as well. Definitely one of the top places we’ve stayed!

Perfect location!

Great location & easy walk to an from pier park. Condo was very spacious & had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome condo

Condo was great. We had everything we needed to cook with and had paper products to get us started. Location is fantastic, walk to Pier Park. The owner was super responsive to my messages and answered all of my questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Beach was great, location was close to anything you could need, walking distance to pier park, pools were nice and clean. Condo was easily accessible from the parking garage, there was a few cleanliness issues in the condo but overall a great place.

Our beaches in Panama City Beach are the very best--most beautiful-- place to vacation or own beach front property in the WHOLE WORLD!!!!!

Pier Park offers so many fun attractions and restaurants that are within a few minutes of Calypso and even some within walking distance.
