This beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features luxury, comfort, and celestial views of the Gulf. Calypso Resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach located by the best shopping and dining!

Gulf Vistas welcomes you with open arms as your first glance includes the floor-to-ceiling patio doors that take you onto the expansive balcony with ample outdoor seating and amazing views of the emerald green waters and shimmering white sands. The living area features high-end luxury furnishings including a queen sofa sleeper, flat-screen HDTV, and breathtaking views. Formal dining seating for four and added breakfast bar seating allowing everyone to dine together. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you'll need to create sumptuous coastal cuisine for the entire family.

Guest will need to pre-register online for a parking pass BEFORE arrival. There is a one car limit per reservation.

The condo was SUPER CLEAN and nice. They left plenty of towels and had trash bags, dishwasher soap, & laundry pods to get you started. Definitely would book again. Our washer did break but they sent someone over to look at it right away, they were supposed to bring a new one the next day, it was either broke too or they never switched it out so we didn’t have a washer to use our last 4 days which was kind of inconvenient.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo’s location is excellent with Pier Park right across the street and variety of shops & restaurants in walking distance. This particular condo was clean, had many amenities and beach chairs included is a plus. The seating area needs some help, at least one more large comfy chair (2 chairs + couch) or larger couch. Missing kitchen utensils- spatula

We had a horrible experience. The first day we got there our TV in the living room was not working, we let the host know. They got someone out to fix it and it did not get fixed. I notified them again. Nobody can till Monday to “fix” it again and it did not get fixed. We stayed 5 nights and our TV was never fixed. Sunday I tried to do a load of laundry and the washer wouldn’t drain. I had to hand-ring our clothes out that smelled horrible! They came out Monday and did not get the washer fixed. So the nasty smelly water stayed in the washer until Wednesday when we decided to leave a day early. Our entire condo smelled like poop because of the water that was left in the washer. Would not stay here!

Beautiful condo and very clean! Very pleased with communication with the host when I had questions. IF traveling with small children please be careful no second lock on the front door and I couldn’t get the balcony door to lock as well. My two year old could open both by himself.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a wonderful stay! Clean and had everything we needed. My only thing I would add is I like having an extra lock on the door like a deadbolt or something similar. But even without that I would stay again!

I was very disappointed with our stay at the condo. Unfortunately, I feel that the pictures on the website are misleading and do not accurately reflect the condition of the property.The furniture is dated, and both TVs are old and very small. The kitchen was also poorly equipped, with low-quality silverware and utensils. We did not have a cutting board, can opener, scissors, decent knives, or even spatulas—basic items you would expect to find in a rental condo.I also experienced a significant allergy reaction almost immediately after arriving, particularly in the bedroom. I am highly allergic to cats, and I suspect that a cat may have stayed in the condo at some point.We had three other families staying at the same resort, and we were able to see their condos. Their units were beautifully decorated, much more updated, and had well-stocked, quality kitchens. We specifically chose this condo because it was advertised as being upgraded, but unfortunately, that was not our experience at all.Overall, we regret choosing this condo and feel that the property did not live up to its description or our expectations. Thumbs down.

We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen had everything you would ever need. The view was fabulous! Very convenient to restaurants and stores.The WiFi and TV were not working the first night but were corrected the next day.

The room was great for us we love the walk to the pier and to pier park, didn’t have to get the car out. The best stay all year!!

The Calypso is a great resort - amazing view, right on the beach! The room was clean and ready to go for us. The staff on site were so helpful and kind. I highly recommend this resort!! The tiki bar next to the pool is amazing. The property managers of this particular unit were not that helpful. I recommend booking your stay at Calypso directly with the onsite property manager (Panhandle Getaways). So probably not this individual unit. The manager that owns this specific property is not on site and does not understand the rules of this property. They told us we could not have a second parking spot in the parking deck but the onsite folks at Panhandle Getaways helped us despite our units property manager saying it was 'impossible'. A few small things were broken (toaster didn't work) but overall the unit was fine. Definitely check out Calypso but maybe find a different unit owned by an onsite property manager.

Great Condo on the Beach

Condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean, plenty of towels and linens. Loved the location. We were able to walk to Pier Park for shopping, dinner and entertainment. Had a great time, highly recommend!!!
