We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, especially with the hot tub, cleanliness, and grill. While we did address what we could during your stay, we understand that some things impacted your experience, and we truly appreciate your patience. The new hot tub is now in place, and we’ll be following up on the cleaning concerns and checking the couch for any needed repairs. Please note that we do list this CITY REQUIREMENT of removing your trash upon departure as we are in a heavily wooded area and do not want to promote critters coming to our vacation homes for left trash. We apologize if this impacted your visit. Nevertheless, we will communicate your feedback to our management team and we are looking into this issue and hope to resolve it promptly and accurately.
