Our stay in the cabin was very enjoyable. The location was great, near lots of activities and dining locations, while still being on a private quiet street. The amenities at the house were incredible, from the hot tub to the grill, we enjoyed staying at this cabin, and would definitely look at rebooking in the future.

We really enjoyed the cabin and the amenities. It was a no-fuss access. The communication was impeccable from the management. Our state was very comfortable would definitely recommend.

Great stay

Room enough for extended family, large yard for kids and dog, nice game room upstairs with pool table and games, close to everything

We had a few issues in the backyard when we get there: hot tub had milky water, no propane for the bar be que and the fire feature outside. Those were addressed and resolved immediately. Inside was incredibly clean. My suggestion is to update the furniture… the couch’s were a bit used and we are not familiar with temperpedic mattresses… it took a bit to get use to. Other than that we had a great time…very quiet neighborhood. Everything worked in the house and the proximity to all that Big Bear has to offer was very close.

Very accommodating

It was very accommodating and easy to communicate about any issues. The place was very clean, and my family enjoyed it immensely. We loved the setup and the backyard; everything was very nice.

Great house, great location!

The house was perfect! It was clean, warm, comfortable, and right down the street from Snow Summit. The beds are comfortable, the hot tub works great, and everything was clean. We'll definitely stay here again!

Great mountain stay!

Friends and family for a quick mountain weekend get away. Lots of amenities and a great location. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Nice cabin, close to Snow Summit

Really great location, down the street from snow summit. Cabin seems to have been remodeled, has basic necessitates, and is a nice stay. Only drawback is that there isn’t much hot water, so shower quick.

Location is such an important factor in booking a property, glad you booked one in a perfect spot. We apologize that the hot water was not working properly during the stay. The house was awesome. Everything was accurate as described in the listing. One grip my party did have was that we had to shovel the snow (but prob not their fault since it just snowed) and we couldn't figure out the downstairs TV nor cast on it. Otherwise all the games, pool table, and hot tub were great. The location was awesome too. I'll definitely come back when it's not winter!

Great cabin close to hiking!

Spacious and well-appointed cabin in walking distance to trails as well as downtown Big Bear. Quiet neighborhood and a wonderful yard for the pups! Beautiful deck, as well as a relaxing front porch.

The house layout is wonderful, plenty of family activities. One suggestion would to replace the king & queen mattress they are lumpy and uncomfortable. Other than that very nice place to stay.

Family Spring Break Trip

Centrally located, clean, and everything you need in home for a nice stay. We had so much fun playing in the yard, relaxing in the hot tub and exploring the city. The beds were comfortable too! Texting the management was easy and they were very prompt on their responses. I would recommend this home for your vacation.

well organized and well labeled cupboards. We didn’t realize pet friendly meant that we didn’t have to bring our own bowls for them. That was nice.

The property is infested with ants. You couldn't even leave a coffee mug, glass of water or cut vegetables to cook for more than 3 minutes before seeing ants everywhere. We had to throw out over 200 of groceries, eat out for all meals, even our morning coffee. I understand we are in nature and some bugs are to be expected, but ants crawling out of all cabinets, all over counters, on the floors is utterly unacceptable.To make things worse, We found ants in bed sheets, My girlfriend woke up with ants crawling in her ear. She insisted on leaving on the third day. I had to drive her back to LA and drive all the way back to take care of my parents who came to meet us from Phoenix.Property management was notified of the problem within an hour of check in, Although we couldn't imagine how much worse the problem would become. Ruined our getaway to enjoy the annual antique car show. There were other problems as well, but they were minor and nothing to fret about.

The pillows in the furniture had holes and some were held together with safety pins. I think we should have had access to more shower towels and wash clothes .

Relaxing, peaceful weekend

We enjoyed this spacious, comfortable house the last weekend in October. The weather was great. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I forgot dog bowls and was surprised to find them provided. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and we enjoyed the hot tub. Communication was easy, prompt, and clear. The neighborhood was quiet and very pleasant.

Quick Trip

Nice location. Great house. Wish it was cleaner - I found blood the size of a dime on the pillowcase in the downstairs bedroom; kitchen floor was not clean and fans were caked with dust. Thankfully I brought my own pillows. Also only 3 jets worked in the hot tub, so that was disappointing. Loved the upstairs loft and pool table.
