Long Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay. Everything was awesome. Pool was nice and refreshing after attending a graduation. Close to shopping and food. Would stay again.

Family Retreat Home

I have family in Goodyear,I rented the home as a gathering space,The home was spacious and very private,The pool was so relaxing, the location was super as well! Definitely will book again!!

Perfect house in a great location!

We were visiting family in Arizona. This home was in a perfect location near shopping, dining, 10fwy and 303 loop. The home has a pool, jacuzzi and all the amenities you need in a comfortable home. Even a crockpot! Reasonably priced and easy checkin. Will be booking again, for sure!

Great property

Our stay was awesome! The house was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Gorgeous lemon trees hanging over the backyard walls. I didn’t pick any since they were the neighbors trees, but they were cool to see.

Great spot

Still chilly in AZ this early in the year, so the heated pool was a must. Combined with the hot tub, the kids almost never got out! A wonderful home base for sporting event and Spring Training. Lots of restaurants and groceries near by. Communication with the owner was simple and they were very responsive.

Fun in the Sun ☀️

This was the first time we stayed in VRBO. It was perfect, !My son and Family lived 10 Minutes away ! So this was a great find for us. Our home away from home! Beautiful home , Looking forward to our next visit ! Very relaxing hated that it came to the end!

Great location

Nice property, but hot tub was inoperative. Also, it looked like some renovations happened so there was trash left behind in the kitchen trash, and a thick layer of dust got into kitchen cabinets, floor, and countertops. The pool was the best part, and the response time with management was prompt.

Great stay, fun outdoor space!

Place had everything we needed for myself and my spouse and parents. We cooked and dined together. The outdoor space was the best part however inside was clean and several different sitting/dining areas. Pool was a great temp and hot tub at night and morning when it’s cool. Garage parking was so convenient. Doggie doors were great and yard fully enclosed. 8 minute walk to super store and places to eat. Green space along a walking path just behind the house which was great for our doggies. The path leads right to the grocery store too. We took a taxi to talking stick resort amphitheatre for $18-$35 which was about 16 minutes away. Children playing in the neighborhood, felt safe with nice families living around the area.

NOT CLEAN

Yes, it accepted pets but had dirty bedsheets and bath tub. We had to wash sheets in the small bedroom as were totally filthy. Had to clean the bath tub before using. Kitchen sink drain made a noise for an hour after running facet. Spacious and great for our family dog. Loved being able to use the garage to park our car. Great property if was clean.

Hi Mike, thank you for providing your feedback regarding your stay with us. I am so sorry to hear about the cleanliness of the home as that is definitely not our expectation. We keep documentation and photos of all cleanings done at our homes and we went back and reviewed the photos. We didn't hear from you during your stay with us at all regarding these issues and would have been more than happy to have someone come and address those for you. Reviewing the photos from the clean completed prior to your arrival we don't see anything that appears dirty but again these are just photos and not your first hand experience. We will definitely have someone take a look at the kitchen sink drain and get that taken care of. Thank you again for staying with us.

Would stay again.

We were in town visiting family during Spring Break. The house was nice, plenty of room, and nice neighborhood. We paid to have the pool heated since it was March and still a little cool, the pool wasn’t heated when we arrived but the owner was quick to rectify by contacting the pool company. The hot tub was a tint of green when we arrived but again cleared up by pool company. The stay was enjoyable after that. Owners very quick to respond and very attentive. Would recommend and would stay again.
