The LADYFISH 2 bedroom/2bath unit is located at the in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This Gulf Front condo is 13 miles west of downtown Gulf Shores on the western side of the 7th floor of the Royal Gulf Beach & Racquet Club/ Dunes building in the Gulf Shores Plantation, and directly overlooks the White Sandy Shores of the Gulf of America/Mexico!! This Condo has a queen sized bed, a queen sized sleeper sofa, one full sized bed, two twin sized beds, a full sized kitchen, and recently remodeled bathrooms. This unit sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and 3 children.

Great unit featuring new furniture, kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances, including ceramic top stove. Ceramic tile floors in the living area, kitchen and baths. Recliner in the living room. 32" flat screen TV/VCR/DVD in the living room, 26" flat screen TV/DVD in the master bedroom, 19" flat screen TV/DVD in the guest bedroom. New carpet.

Free High Speed Wifi (9-10 MB's per device), and a landline telephone are in the unit (Free Local Calls).

The large Gulf Front Balcony overlooks the swimming pool, tennis courts, putting green and the Gulf of America/Mexico. Sliding glass doors with balcony access are in the living area and the master bedroom.

There is a Sassy Bass Restaurant on the ground floor of our building right off the beach boardwalk !

This non-smoking unit is the Perfect Beach Getaway.

Same Floor Units: We also have two Gulf Front studios on the same floor that sleep 2-4 (maximum of 4 adults).

Please note the following:

1. A Completed Rental Agreement and a clear copy of drivers license are required before the reservation will be confirmed.
2. The person whose name is on the rental agreement must be occupying the condo. No subleasing.
3. The primary renter needs to meet a minimum age requirement of 23.
4. An additional $35.00 Online Vehicle Registration Certificate will be charged before you enter the complex.

Great Condo on the Beach

Condo was perfect for our week long stay. Clean and everything in working order. Owner provides great communication and is easy to work with. Beautiful view from balcony. Amenities at the property are great, you wouldn't need to leave if you did not want to! This is our 2nd year staying in this condo and we'll be booking for next year!

The perfect end-of-the-year vacation spot

My husband and I loved this vacation spot. It's one of our favorites so far! We loved the coziness of the space and how close we were to the beach. We look forward to booking here again. We highly recommend this vacation spot!

Overall a great decison

We stayed for a week over Christmas, and it was perfect for our family of 4. While the bathroom was not clean due to some construction/repairs prior that left a but of a mess. The manager was very quick to respond and offer for the cleaner to come back out. The indoor pool was warm and so nice, given the outdoor pools were cold. The beach was clean and we walked it daily for miles. It was nice to be out of the busy part of town, and with a dollar store very close by, we had what we needed. It felt safe, people were friendly, and the view was beautiful. We would definitly return.

Family trip

This place is great! Everything was clean, matched the description, and beautiful. Would love to stay here again if in the area. The host was very responsive and friendly and the condo even had items for the beach.

Great location

Condo was great. Katrina was a dream to work with booking - SO responsive! Only slight complaint is that mattresses in 2nd room (twin and bunk bed) really need to be replaced. Loved the recliner though.

Great place near Fort Morgan

The rental was great and the property has it all. You can see the bay and the Gulf from the balcony patio. I would recommend this place to anyone with 4-5 guests. Katrina is great as well. Very relaxing!

Family vacay

This was our 2nd time at Plantation Dunes. Me and my kids. We enjoyed it more this time than last time. Last year the amenities were closed off or not in working condition. We plan on coming back next year. It was very peaceful, fun, and relaxing. Even in the cold weather. The hot tub and indoor pool definitely came in handy. Wish we could afford to stay longer.

Great Stay!

The facilities were great. The listing was accurate, and we had a clean and comfortable rental. Facilities Mgr was responsive, friendly and very helpful! Would recommend to anyone.

Great Condo

We loved our week long stay in this condo! It had everything we needed and a great view. Loved it so much we already booked it again for next year. The resort is great, you would never have to leave if you didn't want to.

Gulf vacation

We have stayed in this building before, so we knew what to expect in accommodations. Everything was as anticipated and Katrina made everything very easy. If at all possible get your parking permit ahead of time, security here is excellent. We really enjoy the quiet and the building here and don't mind the drive into GS. Facility is well cared for.

Family vacation to the gulf shores

May family and myself had a relaxing vacation. This was exactly what we were going for something laid back and quiet with lots of sand, sun, and water! The condo was exactly as described no surprises and reaching the owner was easy. Will be renting again when we come back.

Family Beach Vacation

Great unit, fantastic view, wonderful area.

We had a great time at this property. Well maintained and communication with the owner was excellent; she immediately resolved an issue we noticed after checking in and we had no other issues afterwards. The grounds have multiple pools (with an excellent kiddie pool, which our kids loved) and a beautiful beach access. The on site restaurant is a great perk, even though we didn't eat there. The kitchen may be small for some, but was enough for us. We loved our stay here and are likely to come again on our next beach trip!

Love the location, overall ok

Love the view and property location. Coffee on the balcony every morning was wonderful! Pools and tennis courts were nice. It was clean and well stocked. The washer/dryer is not in the unit. It’s on the 1st floor and is nearly $3 to wash and $3 to dry. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need but very little counter or cabinet space to put your groceries. Small space but over all nice. Beds could definitely use some updating.

This was a great rental

I have rented from the owner in the past and have never been disappointed. Her properties have been wonderful and are ideally located. She is always helpful and available. It's a great place for a family vacation!

Great location

Nice condo, had all the basic amenities. Katrina was very quick to respond to any inquiries. Location is perfect, away from all the busy areas, but a quick drive to anything. The view was perfect, the beach to one side, the bay to the other. Had a great time, thanks!
