The Space:

This four-bedroom townhome in Paradise Palms Resort sleeps up to 12 guests and sits just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Orlando's best shopping and dining. The private pool is your biggest draw — fully enclosed, heated year-round, and ready whenever you need a break from the parks.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

All four bedrooms give your group room to spread out and recharge. The upstairs master offers a king bed and private ensuite. Two more upstairs rooms each come with two double beds — great for kids or friends traveling together. Downstairs, you'll find a queen bedroom with easy access to a full bathroom, ideal for anyone who'd rather skip the stairs. Three full bathrooms mean no morning bottlenecks.



Living, Dining & Kitchen

The open-plan living and dining area feels bright and spacious, with seating for six at the dining table and plenty of room to gather after a long day. The full kitchen comes equipped with quality appliances, so you can prep breakfast before the parks or cook a family dinner without leaving the house.



Outdoor Amenities

Your private pool is fully fenced and open 24 hours — perfect for early morning laps or late-night swims under the stars. Sun loungers line the deck, and the patio dining area is ideal for poolside meals. A short walk brings you to the resort's large pool with waterslide, tiki bar, arcade, sports courts, and scenic lake views.



Good To Know

Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to check email or plan your day. The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and refresh your clothes mid-trip. Free parking is available on-site. Pool heating is available in winter for $50 per day and must cover your full stay — request at least seven days before check-in. A BBQ grill is available for an additional fee with 48 hours' notice. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $290 fee per pet (maximum two pets). This home is in a family-friendly resort community, so you'll have everything you need for a memorable Orlando stay.

The townhome is centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Inside the community, you also have amazing resort-like amenities with other activities such as:



• A huge clubhouse pool with a waterslide, poolside dining, a tiki bar, arcade, fitness center, and various sports courts.

• Acres of nature and a lake nearby to walk or jog around.

• Nearby restaurants for a family dinner night or an adult night out.

• Great golfing in the area. Like Celebration or Buena Vista Golf Clubs, to name a few.

Getting Around:

Just 30 minutes from Orlando Airport, you're perfectly positioned for all the fun! Disney World is only 8 miles away, Universal Studios is 20 miles, and SeaWorld is 15 miles. Shopping outlets and grocery stores are close by too, so you'll have everything you need within easy reach.



Other Things to Note:

Pool & BBQ

• Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival.  It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

• Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

• Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

• Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

• No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

• Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

• No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

• This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

• We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Pets

• This is a pet-friendly home. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a fee of $290 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets ($580 total). Dogs must be kept on a leash within community grounds.



Booking Requirements

• Lead guest must be 21 or older.

• A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

• Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

• Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

• Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

• Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
