Location, comfort and mountain charm come together in this spacious, pet-friendly 2-bedroom, 3-bath condo located directly across the street from The Village at Mammoth. Walk to restaurants, shopping, nightlife and the Village Gondola for easy access to Canyon Lodge. Then leave the car parked and enjoy everything Mammoth has to offer right outside your door. The bright and inviting main living area features vaulted ceilings and plenty of space to relax after a day on the mountain. Cozy up beside the real wood-burning stove, stretch out on the sleeper sofa, or enjoy a movie on the impressive 65" flatscreen TV with soundbar. A third full bathroom with walk-in shower is conveniently located on this level. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Downstairs, the primary bedroom offers a California king bed, 55" flatscreen TV, and private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is ideal for families or additional guests, featuring a queen bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed, 40" flatscreen TV, and its own private bathroom. Step outside onto the lower-level back deck where a private BBQ makes it easy to grill dinner and enjoy the mountain setting. The Helios North complex adds even more convenience with underground garage parking, especially appreciated on snowy winter mornings, along with a sauna and rooftop hot tub, perfect for unwinding beneath the mountain sky after a day of adventure. Guests also receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility. Amenities include an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus seasonal outdoor swimming pool, tennis, and pickleball. This two-level condo accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and is pet-friendly. No smoking is permitted. One assigned underground garage space is provided and can accommodate two vehicles parked tandem. Garage clearance is 9 feet, and two parking passes are provided. If additional parking is needed, please contact our office for alternative options. Accessibility Note: There is no elevator at this complex. Stairs are required from the underground parking garage to reach the ground-level entrance, and there are additional stairs inside the two-level condo. Our calendar is updated in real time. Our family at a great time in Mammoth at this lovely place. Great location within walking distance to the village. Excellent amenities provided. Kitchen was fully stocked I was impressed. The beds were comfy with clean sheets. It was very spacious and comfortable. My kids didn’t mind staying in and lounging. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. A

Great condo for the family to stay in for a ski trip. Comfortable set up and layout to stay with the kids for over a week. Very close to village, easy to walk to catch the gondola up to the resort.

Nice place, easy access to the lifts

Came in late at night and was able to pick up the keys easily. Place was nice, close to the village and canyon lift.

Best condo in Mammoth

Place is amazing. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, everything works. Never needed a car - super easy walk to the Village gondola. I’ll always stay here now.

Great location, plenty of space

We had issues with the heaters upstairs and maintenance came quickly to fix. However, we kept having to reset the heaters as they would shut off. But other than that, all was great.

Nice place walking distance to village.

We really liked staying here. Great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very well equipped with kitchen utensils and cutlery. And nice that they left us spices and olive oil.

Parking is covered and not a huge walk to front door. (Just a flight of stairs) the kitchen is nicely stocked and had nice appliances. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was in great condition. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing pet-friendly rental

The unit was exceptionally clean for being a pet friendly rental, and we are germaphobes and tough critics of that. Access in and out with stairs from the parking garage and a hill down to the street towards the village was a little more difficult for my 83 year-old dad, but you really can’t beat the location. The beds were very soft and not a great night sleep for those of us with bad backs, but overall this was a great place and we would rent it again!

Convenient and Clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a party of 5 staying in this condo, along with our Dog. The bedrooms were both spacious, and we appreciated the ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen and living areas were also very spacious.I was not able to get hot water in the kitchen sink and the upstairs heaters and to be continually reset (requiring removal of the screen and pressing a button) so it was often quite cold up there. Also, the photos show images of a rec center, however that was off-site and a short drive away (just FYI). The hot tub is small but perfect after a day on the slopes.The location was fantastic, with an easy walk to the Village.

Home away from home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the most comfortable stays we have ever had in Mammoth. The place was fully stocked and I mean FULLY stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. Clean, comfortable beds and pillows, TV's in every room, a quick walk to the Village. Huge spacious living room and a very homey feel. My only recommendation would be to bring a few beach towels if you plan to hit the spa. Check in/out was super easy and they had instructions for everything in the home.

Good location, condo just okay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of condo was good but the access through the dark metal garage stair was problematic for our small children and dog. Complex is in disrepair, ie lights in garage out, siding falling off, door hardware not working and would benefit from some maintenance. Condo didnt feel super clean, my socks were filthy after walking on the carpet for a few hours. Kimg bed was very hard. Kitchen was super well stocked and organized and bathrooms seemed very clean.

Beautiful even in a Blizzard

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect location for our family, many of whom had not been to Mammoth before. The whole place was so cozy and felt expansive and just the place to bunker down during a blizzard. Since a lot of places were closed and not drivable, it was great to be able to walk to the Village in a matter of minutes. Also, so incredibly thankful for the garage and we didn't have to dig our car out. It was quick to pick up the keys and get settled in the condo. There were a couple little hiccups when we arrived that were a result of the storm like the walkway into the front door, a broken window from the +30' feet of snow, and water coming in from the melting snow under the bed, but even those things didn't dissuade us from enjoying our stay. We will definitely come back to this unit again.

Reviewer Comments: - Close to the village- parking for this unit is in a basement (2floors of stairs and then another floor of stairs to get to the 2nd floor for the condo (living area) - clean, had everything yo needed, big multiple tvs and bathrooms- fire place was nice, plenty of wood

Great place, comfortable, close to everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the condo, it was very comfortable and super close to the village. Kitchen had everything to make preparing food easy and the BBQ was brand new.

Mammoth Family Summer

Great location property for enjoying all that a Mammoth summer has to offer. Condo had all necessities, a great size, tastefully decorated and furnished, and perfect parking.
