Charming, pet-friendly home that is easily walking distance to Cannery Row, amazing restaurants and downtown. We loved being just steps from the path along the ocean and being able to spend time together as a family. Thank you!

The little house is in a great location. It is close to the water. There was a walking path which is easily accessible from the house. We walked it every morning enjoying the breathtaking views of the ocean. The house is walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The house itself was very nice. It was well equipped with all the amenities that we needed. It was well maintained and very clean.

Our stay at little house was excellent. The amenities available were ample and well thought out. It was a convenient location for short drives to visit other areas along the coast with multiple choices for food, shopping etc. Conveniently located within walking distance of the bike/walking trail. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. My only suggestion would be to add some type of handrail in the baths due to the type of tub. While the decor was fitting to the home the tubs were a bit small and anyone with hip or knee problems might find it difficult to get in and out. Overall the place is adorable and convenient. I would recommend it.

The historic home is decorated in early 20th century fashion so is unique. Except the kitchen has modern appliances and is well equipped. There's also a separate office type area. The dining and living room areas easily accommodated our family of 4 adults and 2 children. Everything was clean and neatly setup. We enjoyed the location, being walking distance to Lovers Cove, downtown PG,and even the Aquarium. The Monday farmers market is great. The Natural History Museum has good exhibits and special activities for children. However if you're physically challenged think about whether you can manage stepping in/out of the claw-footed bathtub! It's an authentic feature but could give you pause.

Excellent location, just a 3 minute walk from the path between the Aquarium and Lover's Point. The house was comfortable and provided 4 beds, so no one had to share. Tub showers were a little tricky to get in and out of. But overall, we had a incredible stay. 👍

One of our favorite places

This was our second visit to the little house and we will definitely come again:) It's so cozy and well equipped and I love how easy it is to pop down yo the beach and see all the amazing wildlife!

Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay in a clean, and comfortable Victorian home. We enjoyed the wine, crackers, and cheese! Great location walking distance to restaurants, lovers beach, and Monterey Aquarium.

Cute house in a great location!

This cute home had all we needed, including a fenced yard for our dogs. We were able to walk to the aquarium and to downtown Pacific Grove. Great location.

Picturesque and Ideal location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a gem! We loved everything about this place- the charming aesthetic , the complimentary wine and cheese and the quick walk to the walking trail along the water. Loved walking to Happy Girl Co for coffee everyday. I would definitely recommend others to stay here.

Simply Wonderful

Staying here for a small girls trip was absolutely wonderful. The property was lovely and beautiful. The short walk to the water was perfect and a short walk to town. Would definitely recommend and stay with this property again! The house is stunning with beautiful architecture on the inside.

Lovely house in a wonderful location

We had a wonderful time at the Little House- it has everything you need (the kitchen was particularly well stocked)! It was so cozy and relaxing. The best part though is the location, we walked to the aquarium, the beach, the playground, restaurants, everything is so close! Loved our stay and didn't want to leave.
