Great size and location

This spot was perfect! My family was spending a few days in St George, and this place was great. First floor made it accessible for my handicap relative, and large kitchen allowed us to cook what we needed for dietary restrictions. The rooms were big, bathrooms perfect, and the location made it easy to get to parks around St George and to Tuacahn. Highly recommend and will use in the future!

Great Accommodations, Great Amenities

We loved Estancia Resorts, and this vacation rental specifically. Everything was clean and comfortable inside, and beautiful and usable outside. The pool was fantastic, and our sons loved the pickleball courts. No complaints, no issues. The owners are responsive and generous. We would definitely stay with them again.

Just Ok

Location and outside amenities are great. Check in was easy and convenient. We’ve stayed in the resort before and loved it, but this unit has seen better days. It definitely needs some attention from a handyman and bed/pillow upgrades.

Clean, spacious with a few minor problems

Door was a bit tricky to unlock/lock. We could not find any Instructions on navigating the tv. The property was clean and spacious for the two of us. I would recommend this property to others.

Great resort property in St George Utah.

This was a very nice bottom floor corner unit. It has easy access with lots to do. We enjoyed the pickleball courts a beautiful pool and spa. Directly across the street was open space for hiking and mountain biking. The owner was always quick to respond. The unit had everything we needed making for a great week. The only negative is the unit above had hardware floors and we could hear kids jumping around. I would not hesitate to book this again.

Large Patio with Weber Grill that leads to a grass area you can play frisbee with the kids. Walk across the street to the cities largest mountain/ATV park.
