The home was very clean and well stocked with standard pantry items, linen and even shower supplies. This is the first rental kitchen I've used where the knives were sharp! A lot of the kitchen items appeared to be brand new. I would suggest adding some table mats to protect the surfaces and dining table. The hot water was plentiful and the shower had good pressure. There is only one indoor shower though. The listing says there are three. We all appreciated the local art on the walls. The wifi was speedy and we appreciated having some streaming channels to choose from. The outside patio is private and the furniture seems new. We really enjoyed our stay and the close proximity to the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property! The place was beautiful, very clean, and exactly as described. The host was attentive and responded quickly to my text messages whenever we had questions or needed assistance, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The only minor drawbacks were that the space felt a little tight for six people, there was only weekly trash pickup, and there weren't any dressers or drawers to unpack our clothes, so we lived out of our suitcases for the week.Overall, these were small inconveniences compared to how much we enjoyed our stay. We had a great experience and would happily give this property 5 stars!

Lovely Home

We loved our stay in Harwichport. Our home was well equipped, and nicely decorated. Nicely located with short walk to the beach and town.

Lovely Cape Cod home - beautiful sunroom

A very quaint home close to the water. I think the master bedroom needs a different bed, but this is a great house for families. Loved the sunroom.

Harwich

Overall the stay was great, although the house was really warm when we arrived and we couldn’t find a facial tissue (Kleenex) to save our lives.

Nicely updated and clean property. New furniture - beds are low to the ground FYI for older guests. Also, no dressers so the expectation is to live out of your suitcase or only bring items that can hang in a closet. One bedroom doesn’t have a closet or dresser. Other than that - great location, close to the beach, all working amenities.

Great, walkable property

Walking distance to everything. Clean, beautiful house. Only complaints are minor issues with listing accuracy and the cleanup/checkout process. 1. The primary listing photo is an image of the beach, leading you to believe that the house is…on the beach. It is very close but a few blocks off. Wasn’t an issue for me but that was a bit misleading. The listing also says there are 2 offsite parking spots and not to park in the street. There may be a room for 2 golf carts but there was no way we could fit two vehicles in there. 2. If you are going to charge a cleaning fee it is crazy to then demand that your guests…clean the whole house. Taking out the trash, bagging linens, cleaning counters etc. When you compound that with a 9am checkout time, it make for a pretty bitter final day at the house. These are my nitpick complaints. It really was a great house and I highly recommend it.

We loved this little home. Excellent for our needs; incredibly easy to contact the agency and check in/out with no surprises. It was also perfectly immaculate and had everything we needed. The only complaint is with the VRBO listing section titled “Rooms & beds” bathroom description. That stated 3 bathrooms, each with a toilet/shower only; not 1 full bath and 2 half baths. Unfortunately, I did not read the entire “About this property” written listing description where those half baths are mentioned. Other VRBO listings had the half bath designations, and that was the reason we did not choose those. I would ask that you adjust that in your listing so that it is accurate for future travelers. Otherwise, thank you; it was a wonderful accommodation!

Nice place - expensive for what you get

The cost of this house is pretty steep for only having one full bathroom. There is a living room, but it has no AC and is actually a converted sunroom. There are 3 bedrooms, but my teens said the beds in the upstairs were like sleeping on plywood and they had to move to the main floor bedroom (which is a converted front porch with no AC). Overall, it was clean and had a very convenient location, but pretty expensive for what you truly get.

Great Property and Service

A walk to town and a walk to the beach, this property had it all for our family. Updated and comfortable decorations and furniture, linens and towels, grill, kitchen with everything you need, outside shower, and nice patio made the time at the house very enjoyable. The great service for easy check-in, check-out and communication with issues (we didn't have any) was much appreciated.

Cute Harwich home with a great location to beach & town

It was great to ditch the car for the week! Easy walk to beach & lovely neighborhood for dog walking. Enjoyed the many restaurants & shops just a few blocks away. Home was comfortable for our family of 4 & had all the necessary amenities.

Wedding weekend

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding weekend. It was the perfect home base for our family - within walking distance of everything you need. Very clean and organized. Would definitely stay here again

Sweet and Pristine beach cottage!

Exceptionally lovely dog friendly cottage within walking distance to beach. Stayed here for a sisters’ weekend are in October. Terrific communication with Del Mar property staff. Only thing we didn’t like was lack of shades or curtains in kitchen windows, which we brought to manager’s attention. Housekeeping for this property deserves a huge bonus! Look forward to renting this gem again.

Great place for a weekend trip!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a long weekend. Very cute neighborhood just a quick walk from the beach. Only issue was that the code did not work to get in, but the property management team was quick to find a solution. Would stay here again if we're ever in Harwich again!
