Wonderful historic home in West Harwich just 0.4 miles to Earle Rd. Beach, load up the wagon with beach toys and chairs and walk two short blocks to this sandy beach with its beautiful grass covered dunes. This house has a great layout for two families or one large extended family with the flexibility of a first floor master and a queen bedroom upstairs for parents and grandparents with two additional rooms including a room with double bunkbeds and a room with double twin beds for children and other guests. It has a screened in porch with a bar and an enclosed back yard for privacy and safety with a private outdoor shower.
Convenient to everything including: the Cape Cod bike trail, Herring River and Conservation area for fishing, kayaking and bird watching, pause and listen to the church bells ringing out from nearby Holy Trinity Church or spend a moment in quiet reflection within the beautiful chapel located behind it, 0.5 miles to Star/Shaw's grocery store, enjoy fresh caught seafood or a steamed lobster from Swan River Seafood market, or dine out at one of Harwich's many family friendly restaurants. Catch a preview of tomorrow's major leaguers in a Cape Cod baseball game featuring the Harwich Mariners at Whitehouse Field. Hop a ferry to Nantucket for the day from Saquatucket Harbor, or explore Martha’s Vineyard from the ferry in Hyannis. Bike or walk into picturesque downtown Harwich Port. Of all the Cape towns, Harwich is the most diverse offering everything a family could ask for in a beach vacation. The location of the home is ideal. Convenient to everything especially the beach. The fenced in yard is a lovely feature which gives peace of mind to families with small children.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Each year we add something new to the home for our renters enjoyment or comfort. This year in 2024 we are embracing a down initiative and converting all bedding to down, including pillows and duvets. We are also upgrading our mattresses for your comfort and peace of mind as well and providing new bath towels. We are actively looking for ways to make the check in and check out process more hassle free. Currently we are interviewing new housekeeping providers to keep our costs down and provide more to our guests.
