Great Stay

The house was exactly as advertised. There were lots of kitchen items if you’re going to do a lot of cooking. Plenty of towels for the pool area and beach towels. The kids enjoyed fishing right off the back of the house.

Home was very nice

The house was very nice. The owner/management company was very responsive when we had any questions or issues. We appreciated the stocked seasoning cabinet and well equipped kitchen. There was construction going on next door and throughout the neighborhood which could be loud at times. Overall, we had a very enjoyable vacation.

Step up of the living room for tv watching was not good. The back yard was very unkept. Items in pictures were not available. Kitchen and dining areas way too cluttered. No where to put groceries. And…lol..there had to 20 rules signs hung everywhere you looked.

We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us. While the living room layout and kitchen amenities are designed to provide a comfortable experience, we are sorry to hear they didn’t meet your expectations. We’ve confirmed that our kitchen is fully equipped with a large pantry cabinet available for grocery storage, and we use professional photography to ensure our listing accurately reflects the home's decor and layout. Our backyard is regularly maintained, and we have checked the property to ensure all advertised items are present. Regarding the signage, we keep our house rules to a minimum, primarily focusing on safety reminders near the canal. We take great pride in our home's condition and will continue working with Evolve to ensure every guest has a seamless stay.

It’s a Good Life

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful oasis. Our family of 10 ( my adult children and grandchildren)had an extremely great time. We made wonderful memories The home had all the necessities for cooking and entertaining The outdoor area is complete oasisThe only reason it was given 4 stars is because the 3rd bedroom bed slats did not allow it to be used. The owner has been notified and no doubt that it will be fixed in time for the next visit. Lastly, beach gear would have made for a great option. We rented chairs and umbrellas at Lani Kai Island Resort, which had drink at food service at the beach. We did purchase a few chairs, umbrella, and kid beach toys We left them for use for others.

Highly recommend!!!

Such a beautiful home, well stocked, especially with towels which was greatly appreciated since all of us so enjoyed the pool! The owner was so attentive and helpful beyond measure! Even recommending sea food places and beaches, etc. We ate out quite a bit, I believe all of our favorite was Twisted Lobster, we ate there 3 times this week! Sounds excessive, but try it, you will understand! You will find the home true to the pictures, with such a comfortable atmosphere. We stayed the week of July 4th and could see fireworks from the house! We left early this morning and though excited to get back to our homes and our animals, we look forward to returning for vacation again soon.

Relaxing Stay

The home was beautiful and well equipped. Living, dining and kitchen area was large and perfect for meals, games and movie watching. Pool and outdoor area were wonderful and we enjoyed being outside in the Florida sun. Bedrooms and bathrooms were on the small side but overall a very nice home for a relaxing vacation!!
