This house is as beautiful as the pictures. The pool and deck to the ocean is perfect. We will for sure be returning to this exact house. The house manager was also amazing!

We enjoyed our short stay very much. The host was very responsive and the location was perfect. Can't beat the views! House was equipped with all necessary items, clean and pool was generously heated.

I love the location, the beach, and pool at this house. It had beautiful decor and comfortable bedding. This is one of the newer homes on Exuma. I have stayed at several and this one was my favorite so far. Great for large families and all the spaces are very accommodating for many guests.

Beautiful spot in Exuma

We had a great family stay at the house, beautiful spot on the beach. Would stay there again if heading to Exuma.

Very spacious for large groups.. perfect location- very close to fun restaurants/ bars/ airport. Pool beach deck amazing… beach deck with lounge chairs and beach chairs made big difference for many hang at beach on the deck…views from inside house to beach amazing - can see ocean for miles as soon as you step in house…master bedroom had closet full of beach necessities which we used - 6 folding beach chairs, all age life jackets, beach balls, gsmes , rafts…highly recommend

Family getaway

A dreamy setting with tranquil crystal clear water, lovely sandy beach that felt like walking on cake mix, perfect pool, and gracious home with ample spaces for lounging, dining, sleeping and pampering. Town and provisioning was convenient, airport close by, host and concierge very responsive. Perfect getaway for our family!

40th birthday get away

Amazing property. Exactly as it looks. Ayana was very helpful and responsible. Chef Joe was great and we had him come 2 nights. Water and beach absolutely stunning!

Amazing Poperty

The house and property were amazing and the view was awesome. The concierge Ayana was super helpful and helped us schedule everything from groceries to transportation.

Awesome property

Mind blowing property. I highly recommend it. Each bedroom has its own bathroom making it a very convenient property for a big group.

Exuma 2022

The property and beach were beautiful. We rented a car and that was critical. We had a chef prepare dinner each night—all arranged by Ayana who was very helpful.

Great House!

We loved the house and location. Only small things came up like the blender was broken and we had already bought frozen fruit for smoothies.

Beautiful location but the cleanliness was not what I would expect. The place didn’t look vacuumed and requested it be redone. Service came and brought a small Dyson which is not sufficient for rugs. Stained coffee spots on vanity in master and over needed wiping. Pots need to be updated - wasn’t able to cook eggs even after we purchased oil. Not enough glasses for the number of guest. Only one rollof paper towels provided for 15 people for a week. Was told I was only provided one per stay. I think the host is responsive but the property management seems lacking.

Brandi, Thank you for your review and I am happy you enjoyed the home. I looked into the items that you mentioned. I understand that the cleaners came back to take care of things right away and you received additional papertowel right away as well. Regarding the pots, we discovered that a bunch of them were at the neighboring property due to previous clients that used both homes, they brought them into one home. The pots and pans are only 6 months old and are high end pots and pans. We apologize for not knowing that they were at the neighbors along with the extra glasses. Thanks for pointing those items out and we hope to see you again soon.
