Located on the white sandy beach of Tar Bay and situated on four lots with over 300ft of beachfront, Ba Roos is the perfect beach rental and is one of Exuma's most sought after beachfront properties.
The main house offers three king suites and a custom bunk room that sleeps four. Each of the four suites is fitted with pillow top beds and luxurious linens for a dreamy sleep.
Ba Roos offers a well appointed and open floor plan for easy entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen can accommodate a night of gourmet cooking or just a morning cup of coffee. Step outside and you'll be greeted by a vanishing edge pool overlooking the ocean and an outdoor lounge and grill for "island style" dinning.
Ba Roos is protected from the road by natural island foliage and a rock cliff driveway. The natural incline drive and placement of the house provides guests with the perfect amount of privacy from the road and distant neighbors.
Enjoy your own private bar and relax on your own private beach away from strolling beach goers. Boozy Roos is steps away from the main house. Along with the addition of Boozy Roos our guests and relax on the oceanside patio or take a stroll on two miles of secluded beach occupied by Tar Bay homeowners.

The house is stunning and was perfect for my family’s spring break vacation. My five grandchildren loved it and I can’t wait to go back! Everything was seamless from booking to checkout. The house was very clean, kitchen well stocked and the pool and beach was so beautiful. Definitely five star

The house is absolutely stunning, even better than the pictures! The host was wonderful and very helpful in providing us practical information. The house is very well equipped with everything you may need. It is conveniently located close to the airport. The views from almost every room are stunning with turquoise waters and a gorgeous beach. We are very happy we were able to spend time in this paradise.

Everything was perfect. Gorgeous home with such relaxed and comfortable furnishings and all the amenities you could ever need. Fully appointed and modern kitchen for entertaining and cooking. The pool, patio outdoor space overlooking the beach was the clincher- made for a remarkable, seamless experience. We definitely want to return to this haven

Family Spring Break
We enjoyed our Ba Roos Vacation very much! It was Beautiful inside and out and the chef and delivery services were a big help. Lots if fun for for us all!

Amazing Vacation!
This was the most amazing home with incredible surrounding views of Exuma's gorgeous blue water! Comfort, beautiful design of home was perfect for our family! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and spacious, every detail was perfect! We will definitely come back!

Favorite stay on the island
We've come to Exuma 7-8 times over the last 12 years. Ba Roos was by far our favorite place we've stayed. Everything was perfect and we were so sad to leave. All future stays will be booked at Ba Roos. Simply spectacular.

Perfect!!!
Perfect! It was absolutely perfect! Everything was so nice and this house was so worth it! Will definitely want to come back!! It had everything we could even think about needing! Great location!

Gorgeous Villa with even more breathtaking water views
My family and I had a very relaxing holiday weekend in this beautiful villa with gorgeous aqua blue waters
Beds were comfortable sleeping arrangements and bathrooms were of high standards

Gorgeous property! Perfect bachelorette trip!
We thoroughly enjoyed every minute at this beautiful property. The beach and home are pristine. The new outdoor bar is a perfect gathering space. My daughter had the absolute perfect bachelorette trip here! We cannot wait to come back and stay with you again! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Beautiful Home!
We stayed for 5 nights and would definitely choose to stay here again. The home has beautiful finishes and generous spaces with gorgeous views. There was even a beach themed Christmas tree in the living room. We have stayed a several different homes on Great Exuma and this home is amongst the best.

Breathtaking property
Everything about this property is a dream. The location, the design and layout of the house, just everything about it. This is without a question a family relaxation home to enjoy with the kids, friends and family members.

Amazing!
We had the most amazing time at Ba Roos. The house was somehow even more beautiful than the photos. The location and views were gorgeous. Communication with the owner and property manager was always quick and helpful. All of their recommendations were perfect!

They instantly fell in love with the island and knew they would return in the future to build their dream beach home.
