Love this!!

I love the location of this property. I’ve stayed here and the one right next to it. Right on the boardwalk but just enough away from busy areas.

The location was amazing. Great If you like to ride bikes. Loved my mornings on the deck.

Inside was clean but the couch and chair not very nice . BR and LR a/c worked well. Porch was a boardwalk view - 2 tall lifeguard-type chairs allowed you to see ocean . Chairs were old and rather unstable - I actually fell trying to get off. There was a Table and 2 dirty chairs —didn’t want to sit on them. The real kicker was the smell of CATS inside unit and on porch. Obviously the owner feeds stray CATS as there was an automatic feeder on porch along with bowls. Inside unit also had CATFOOD in cupboard . I found this offensive for 1700 plus taxes. DONT RENT unless you like the Cat smell

Great Location. No issues with parking. Wish the outside shower was in the front of the building.

Very good. I would stay here again. 3 adults or less is perfect for this place. Anymore would be a tight fit.

Great view, but a bit small.

Loved the view. Was a lot smaller with nothing but 3 shelves to put clothes on which made it a bit tight for 4 adults.

Right on boardwalk

We have been to Ocean City several times over the years and always wanted to stay right on the boardwalk. We stayed with our toddler which was very convenient to have a bathroom, nap spot, and kitchen just steps from the beach. Met all our needs and the lifeguard chairs on the deck really are great and allow you to see the ocean perfectly with a morning cup of coffee.

Oc vacation

Place smelled musky. Very small, looked much larger in the photo. Outside shower had rusty pipes. Other than that it was just ok.

Cozy Location Just Perfect for a Couple to Enjoy the Boardwalk

My husband and I stayed at this condo in mid-August. The place itself was super cute and just the right size for two. It was within short walking distances to almost everything! We were a few blocks from mini-golf, a few blocks from amazing restaurants (Guido's on 33rd and Blu Crabhouse and Raw Bar are musts to visit). When we arrived to our condo on Monday our car didn't leave until our trip was over. Overall, great little place at the most perfect location. Oh, one thing...The two tall chairs on the front deck were used more than anything, perfect views of the beach and waves. We loved it!

Needs updating

Location was great, but property needs many updates. Bedroom ceiling looked as though there could be water damage. Front door is warped. Dishes were not clean and needed washing before use. Floors were dirty, needs a good scrub and the entire property could a facelift. It was tolerable, but the best thing was the location to the beach and we would choose to stay somewhere else next time.

Perfect

I was looking for a small condo at the beach for a quick getaway and this was perfect. It's located on the 1st floor with easy access. The porch looks out onto the beach and they have extra tall chairs so you can see the surf over the retaining wall. Far enough down the boardwalk to be away from the heaviest of foot traffic but still close enough to many good restaurants and pubs to walk to. Only complaint is I wish they had cable TV rather than internet streaming only.

Great Condo!

This is a cute little condo on the boardwalk - everything you need for vacation. Full kitchen, and a good size bathroom. The location is great, beautiful views from the covered porch. Easy access to the beach. Overall great stay, I would definitely recommend, and if we plan to go to OC again in the future, I would not hesitate to re-rent this unit.

Nice, small property. Perfect for three people. Surprisingly quiet for being on the boardwalk. Great access to everything!
