One queen bedroom, two bath condo, plus queen size sofa bed, fully furnished. Wifi, and cable tv with all channels included. Parking permit for two cars (building has covered and uncovered parking). Fourth floor unit with elevator access. Balcony with ocean view. Washer/dryer in unit. A/C and heat. Just steps from the beach and Coconuts' famous Happy Hour.

A Hidden Gem

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here, and I just love everything about it. It is a hidden gem with just what you need for a short or long stay and the location is perfect!

A decent place to stay that’s very close to the beach. Plenty of space for 2 adults to stay multiple nights. The Kitchen could use some updating and include a functional can opener.

This was our 3rd time staying there. We love it . Place is very nice . Great for a couple you are center to about everything. We will try to get it again next yr.....

Great Location

Great spot for time at the beach. Loved there was beach chairs and sand toys in the closet. Now I know for the next visit. Relaxing long weekend.

What a wonderful stay!

This was the perfect beach getaway in an amazing location! Steps from the beach and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Joan was such a lovely host, so sweet! We will definitely be back!

A nice one bedroom place

This is an older but well kept place. Quiet except for AC noise. It was steps from the beach and had two parking spaces and two full bathrooms. Nice views. Check in was by phone call to get codes and instructions. DW leaked but worked. Elevator and hot water were reliable. It was steps from the beach which was not too crowded. It’s a place we would stay at again.

Great location

Great location and love the view of the beach from the balcony. So convenient being steps from the beach especially with young kids. The condo had everything my family needed for a comfortable stay. Two bathrooms and the washer and dryer are clutch. The owner is so nice and very quick to respond to any issues. Had a wonderful week and plan to come back again!

A cute place steps from the beach

Check-in was easy, the place had beautiful decor We were within walking distance of some of places we wanted to go and the area around was relatively quiet . My dad and I went for the 4th of July and could see multiple firework shows from the balcony.

Labor Day Weekend

Perfect for a beach weekend getaway. Small hiccup getting in but was graciously corrected by Ben - nice to have 2 full bathrooms and steps to the beach

Our stay

Overall the condo was listed as expected. The beds were not queen as stated and very uncomfortable, there were a few things that could have used updating or been replaced. The table in front of pull out sofa was extremely heavy and hard to move, the air conditioners definitely could use a cleaning or replaced they were extremely dirty and covered in dust, the one outlet in the bathroom doesn’t work at all. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and the location. The ocean view from balcony was beautiful, maybe get some higher chairs to see see view better. Otherwise we had a great time and enjoyed our time.

over all nice place

very nice place loved the location. the only problem we had was there are no curtins in the bedroom and there is a big light right outside so it stays daylight in room 24-7. we put beach towls up to darken room. and the cleaning person didnt clean up very good. there was sand on floor when we got there. and cobwebs in different places. but over all we will stay again. its so close to the beach and all the resturants in area are great. thanks for having us i know owner will fix the 2 problems we had.

Needs love

The property was okay. When we arrived there was sand all over the floor, we found some food crumbs around couch Area. (A dust pan would have been nice to have) The toilet seat in the bedroom bathroom was loose almost falling off. ( I tightened it). I noticed hook on back of door was hanging off dont recommend using that ever. The shower head if faulty needs replaced. There was no storage space for any food we brought down, Whole kitchen could use an update. No coffee maker like in pictures it's a Keurig. The huge heavy glass top coffee table sucks. It's not practical if you need to use the sofa bed or have kids ( they almost tippedthe glass just leaning on it while playing board game... plastic on beds were annoying hard to sleep when you move and hear plastic crinkle. The screen on sliding door fell out when sliding it (put that back in place.) Dryer was not drying until we emptied the huge chunk of lint. Lucky place didn't burn down. Patio furniture cheap plastic set, weird pvc chair that is not practical and a rusted table that I thought I needed a Tetanus shoot just looking at it. Weird price of trim sitting on ac with 3 nails sticking out of it. Oh and none of the interior doors lock, and the one bathroom door sticks bad. As for the Pros, tv's were nice with cable wifi Netflix etc. Had a very nice TV stand too. Chairs in living room were comfortable. Lighting was good except for in shower, floors were nice and easy to clean, ac worked well keeping unit cool. Great view from balcony. Price to rent was fair for the area.
