Great condo, Great location! Larry was super easy to work with. We had an issue with the keyless lock on the front door and the host was quick to respond and help solve the issue!

Host was very responsive for concerns, condo was exactly what we needed for our group and became our home away from home very easily. Would definitely recommend to others, and will plan to stay here again next year.

We had 3 generations on vacation and had a wonderful time. The condo was large and spread out so no one was on top of each other. It was a quick walk to the boardwalk and beach. We can’t say enough about the relaxing beautiful bay view!

Just make sure you know that you need to bring your own sheets, bath soap, toiletries, paper towels, etc. Otherwise property is beautiful and in prime location.

We had a fantastic stay this past week. The condo was clean, cool, great water pressure, beautiful bay views from the balcony, and clean pool. Check-in and check-out was smooth and easy. The host answered questions promptly through text and phone calls. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

Beautiful view, clean and spacious. It would have been nice to have had some board games, puzzles, books, etc which you normally find in vacation rentals to play in the evenings or for the day it stormed, keeping us inside. We also would have appreciated some beach gear to use during the stay - at least some chairs. This was the first time renting in OC so perhaps it’s not a norm to provide those types of things. But overall, I’d rent again for sure!

The views were amazing. We had a wonderful time. There are no linens or towels provided and I did not know that until after I paid. I felt that would have made it better.

Air conditioner was broken when we got there and it was extremely hot in the unit and outside Saturday and Sunday. Air conditioner was fixed by Sunday evening. There was no access to the said storage room. Communication with the owner was slow in response. No compensation was offered for our inconvenience other than he said we could stay an extra day, which didn't fit in our vacation plans. The condo itself was very nice and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful and relaxing. The parking was convenient.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful condo. The view was incredible! So relaxing and very spacious. The10 min walk to boardwalk was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

excellent property, top floor with awesome view of bay and marina, 10-minute walk to the boardwalk. Quite area, parking was easy, spacious condo. excellent condition, well maintained Would stay again.

This was a beautiful property. Very clean when we checked in . Only issue was there were no carts for our luggage so we made multiple trips to the unit. Once we got settled in it was smooth sailing. Would definitely stay again!!

The property was very clean and exactly as listed. Beautiful view of the bay . Quiet and peaceful. Great location. Walkiing distance to boardwalk, restaurants and other attractions. Would highly recommend.
