The issue with the fridge and the piles of dirt are especially concerning, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We also regret that the noise from the nearby road and the lack of blackout curtains in the bedroom disrupted your rest. While we don’t control the location of the building, we certainly understand how frustrating that can be, and we will pass your feedback about the curtains and balcony door lock on to the property owner for review.
