Super close to the beach. Need to bring beach toys and cart. Bring coffee, water jugs and filters. It was a great weekend.

The kitchen was updated and efficient, with plenty of cooking appliances to choose from. Very clean and comfortable. Good lighting and TV options, and games.We would certainly stay here again if available.

Weekend getaway

Perfect for our family of 4

This property was great for our family of 4. Proximity to the beach was a huge plus, and being able to see the beach and waves from the house was an added perk!

Great beach getaway!

Loved the proximity to the beach and the beautiful view from the deck. The management company was extremely quick to respond and address our needs. House was just as described and very comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was as depicted, walking distance to the beach and several restaurants/bars. The space clean and furnished with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the deck's captains chairs and enjoying the views. The property manager was amazing as we forgot the entrance code but they were extremely responsive - late in the day and on a Friday ! We would recommend this place to anyone ,

Great stay!

The property was amazing! Wonderful views and easy access to the beach. The check in process was so easy and I was impressed at how clean the property was. It was a short walk to the beach and all of the restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay at this property again!

Clean and close to the beach

Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed staying at this clean and well-stocked property. We cooked all our meals and didn’t lack anything.

Great getaway

Property was as described. Short walk to the beach and my family loved it. The house was very clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Annual Beach Vacation

We love every thing about this house! Second year staying here. Its so clean and comfortable, such a great experience. The house is well taken care of which makes for a stress free vacation.

Great Stay!

My family and I really enjoyed this property. Clean, well-stocked kitchen (utensils, pots, etc), and roomy bathrooms. Things that I would have found helpful: *Coffee maker has a full pot or KCup option *The couch has a hide-a-bed

Breath taking views

We had such a wonderful stay. The house was clean, well equipped for cooking, we loved all the beach decor. Beautiful sea views, walking distance to the beach. Suited our family needs perfectly. Was wonderful to be able to bring our pup with us. Owner was quick to rely to our questions. We would stay again. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay. We made wonderful family memories at the beach.

Clean and cozy

This cute and cozy house was clean and well atocked. We have stayed in other places where we had to either buy or bring with us extra kitchen supplies, but not here all we needed was made available for us. The check in process was painless and the staff was so thoughtful enough to make even our fur baby welcome with a special doggie treat. Overall would stay here again. availabletiful from the

Peaceful respite

It was a very peaceful stay and provided a much needed break from the pandemic. Sleeping areas were very comfy and our bathrooms were beautiful. The kitchen had everything that we needed ! The decor and lighting was a nice touch. I took advantage of the deck where I spent hours drawing. It only took 5 minutes to walk to the beach!

Great view

The house was nice! The towels and linens were very nice! It was perfect timing for a beach trip. The beach was pretty empty and the water was very calm and clear. There was a lot of work going on to clean up after the hurricane and still a bit of debris around. But, other than that, it was a great get away with a wonderful view of the ocean.

4th of July Weekend

The property was clean for the most part but we felt some of the furniture was worn and should be replaced, the recliner & coffee table for 2 examples. The view was spectacular for watching fireworks and watching the waves from the deck. The deck was our favorite spot, and it’s a quick walk to the beach, 3 houses from the sand. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hone is stocked pretty good. The restaurants are slim pickin’s, with poor reviews. Take plenty of food with you. We had a great time, thank you for letting people enjoy it.

The furniture is all fairly new in the house, and we haven't had any other guest mention them needing replacement, but we will definitely give them a closer review. Dirty House

The stay was absolutely terrible. I wish I could post all the pictures my family and I took( I did send them to the property management team) The air filter and the screen was completely dirty. It was filled with hair, dust, and who knows what else. Upon noticing the filter, we notice the first morning we were there, the influx of cockroaches. They were everywhere. We reached out the property management team and they told us….”we just sprayed the house so they are probably coming but they should be dying.” These roaches were not dying and they failed to mention to us that the house was filled with them. If they would have…. We would have cancelled our stay and have our money refunded. We were told they would send the maintenance people out to leave us some roach spray(go figure…. No one showed up). My family and I have been coming down to Surfside for 4 years now and this was the worst house EVER! Please do not waste your time on this property.

We're sorry to hear you and your family didn't enjoy your time more, Ben, and certainly don't wish that for any guests. Regarding the air filter, it is changed regularly (in fact multiple times a month), as we are at the coast with the salt, sand, and humidity and it is a constant battle with those the moment the door is opened. As for cockroaches, they certainly aren't invited guests, and we're sorry they were real buggers during your stay. Darn it. However, just like every single one of our homes, this home is treated regularly and professionally. And it is absolutely true, they tend to come out after a recent treatment and die. Roach spray is your best immediate solution. As for us coming out to the home with the spray, I believe there must have been some confusion, as the spray was under the kitchen sink and communicated with you as such(?). Again, we're sorry you were disappointed and wish we could control nature more.

Perfect for our long stay

My fiancé and I stayed here for more than a month with our dog to get out of the Midwest winter. We could not have asked for more in a rental home. This house was beyond stocked and the kitchen had more appliances than my own at home. The gated deck was perfect for us to spend our time, it had so many seating options. The best part of our days were watching the sun rise from our deck. It has the most beautiful view of the beach. Overall, we had a great stay. We cannot wait to come back and would recommend this house to anyone.
