Wonderful location. Pickleball and tennis courts close proximity so very convenient. Walkable and bike accessible to shopping and restaurants. The condo was wonderful. Clean. Stocked extremely well. Our stay was a 5 star stay.

Lovely stay in Evian!

Our stay was really nice. They had everything we needed! The only issue we had was some of the doors were a little sticky and hard to open for our little ones... not anything major. The place was neat and clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely and everyone was really friendly. Thank you for everything!

This was our second year in a row

We love the location and the spaciousness of the condo. We've stayed here for the last two years and will book again. The management was quick to respond to any inquiries and promptly replaced a broken coffee pot the same day.

HHI for 20 years

We have been coming to HHI for 20 years. It is truly our favorite place on earth. The one change is the beaches are a lot more crowded than they used to be.

Thank you for staying with us. Clearly the beaches were far busier this summer here. Hilton Head is an easy place to get away to without having to fly and so we have really been busy. Please visit us again!

Upgrades were nice

This was our third year staying at this unit. It was a peasant surprise to see that all the bathrooms, kitchen and flooring were upgraded . Everything was great .

The house was clean and plenty of room for our family. Having 4 bathrooms was so nice! There are no blinds or curtains in the living room, which was a little creepy at night. Also, plan on buying laundry detergent. They only supply a sample for one load as well as a few dishwasher pods ( 1 per day of our stay would have been nice). The high chair was perfect for my baby, very comfy- he loved it! Overall enjoyed our stay!

The Extra Mile

This place gpes the extra mile in taking care of you. Coffee and filters provided, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, including a hair dryer. Soap at all sinks, toilet paper for our entire week's stay, paper towels, sugar, tea. Plus the beach stuff. Heated dryer in the master bath was amazing! Would definitely stay here again. Back patio was the best so far that we have experienced at The Shipyard.

July vacation

Property was nice and clean. There was suppose to be gas for the outdoor grill in two tanks but both tanks were empty. We had to go and find a place to exchange one of the tanks. Long walk to beach and parking is limited for beach parking.

Great place to stay!

The location and cleanliness of this property is perfect! Close to shopping, the beach, golf and gators! The condo was very relaxing and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay as if we were at home.

Lieblingsort Hilton Head Island

Sehr schönes großzügiges Haus direkt am Golfplatz. Lässt keine Wünsche offen. Schöne Lage in üppiger Vegetation. Zu bemängeln ist nur die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, die Zugangsdaten zum Haus wurden erst nach stundenlangen Telefonaten am Anreisetag mitgeteilt, lt. FeWo sollen sie dem Mieter 3 Tage vorher mitgeteilt werden.

Lots good, some bad

We appreciated the well supplied kitchen and the opportunity to connect to our Netflix account. It was very quiet outdoors but noisy indoors. Some rugs are needed under the chairs which are very noisy when moved and in the living room. The place overall was okay but needs an updated kitchen and bathrooms. Finally, it was mid to late April and we wanted to eat outdoors. The entire patio area and all the furniture was filthy. The chair cushions were filthy and seemed to be home to mosquitoes which we saw no where else. The table had wax drippings on it and paint chipped off the edges. The privacy wall on the BBQ side was filthy and covered in dirty drip marks. There was an abandoned screen door leaning against the house. It is false advertising to portray a villa with a nice patio when it is not the case.

Nice well designed townhouse in a quiet community. Somewhat wanting for sunny areas. Smoke detectors needed new batteries. Prompt replacement of dishwasher. Well equipped kitchen. Would have been nice if all doors in the living room had screens.

We had a girls week and work conference combination visit.

The property wad perfect .Very clean , easily accessible, close to all thay we needed to have a great time. Would definitely stay again!

One of the doors in the kitchen would not lock. Another door was allowing rain water to seep in to the kitchen. There was a roach and other bugs in the kids bedroom upstairs. Other than that we had an enjoyable time.

Nice place to stay.

We had a great time. It was clean and had plenty of amenities. It was within walking distance to the pool, tennis courts, and beach access. The only problem is that our master bedroom downstairs had no air conditioning. We had two fans and it was still super hot. We requested that it be fixed. The maintenance quay said there was no air coming in through the vents. He said there was nothing he could do. I would recommend this condo only if they fixed the air. Everything else was perfect!
