Excellent choice for your family vacation. Two pools (each with baby pool) on premises, one is just steps from your front door. Walk out onto private backyard patio overlooking the Atlantic Dunes golf course (formerly known as Ocean Golf Course) . A 15 minute walk will take you to the most beautiful beach in South Carolina. Stay late and enjoy the sunset and live entertainment at Sea Pines' private Beach Club. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. In season, ride around Sea Pines on an old-fashioned trolley - it's free!

Townhouse-style Villa: Upstairs contains three spacious bedrooms, each with it's own private bath.

NEWLY REMODELED KITCHEN and BATHS.

Bedroom No. 1: MASTER BEDROOM has a balcony overlooking Atlantic Dunes Golf Course; king bed, dressing area with two large closets plus linen closet, double sinks, full private bath.

Bedroom No. 2 has king bed [can be split into 2 twins], large closet, full private bath.

Bedroom No. 3 has two twin beds, two large closets, full bath.

Main floor contains spacious living area, a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer; a powder room, and a broom closet. WIRELESS/HIGH SPEED INTERNET.

TWO HOURS FREE TENNIS DAILY (one hour of reserved court time in the a.m.; plus one hour 'walk on' tennis in the afternoon) at South Beach Racquet Club.

The property is located in a great area, we rode our bikes to the beach every day! There was plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out. The condo itself was a bit outdated and it wasn't super clean. Our feet were black on the bottom from the floors, so we tried to aleays keep our shoes on.

The property had everything we needed. It was clean, well stocked - even had books, puzzles and games. Instructions for anything we needed were there. I would definitely rent here again!!

Perfect location for a quick getaway

This was our 4th trip to HHI in as many years with some of our best friends and this was by far the best rental we have found. The setup of bedrooms and full baths was absolutely ideal, and the central location made this place just about perfect.

Awesome condo in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo exceeded expectations and was in a great location. We enjoyed biking to Harbor town in the mornings which was about a 10 minute ride. The bike to the beach was about 5 minutes. Everything was clean, the pool for the complex was right across the parking lot which was very convenient. We loved sea pines and would book this condo again in the future.

Love our Hitting Head week

Love this Villa! The property is well appointed, modern kitchen with everything we need, was clean upon arrival, great location for biking, close to the beach by bike, and we love Sea Pines.

Beautiful villa

The villa was beautiful and well appointed. My only Complaint Was that only Two bedrooms had TV’s and neither one of Them worked. They both need new tv’s. I really love watching tv before Bes nice and Cozy so it was disappointing. Other than that I have zero complaint. I would Love to stay here again but Only if The tv situation is handled.

New Years in Hilton Head

Perfectly clean and the best location we have found so far. Easy bike ride to both Sea pines gates, South Beach and Harbor Town. Everyone loved having their own private bath. Comfy beds and the Kitchen was very well stocked with a great sized fridge. We will definitely book again!

This was a very important week for our family as we were reuniting children with their father that had been separated for almost 3 years. The set up was perfect for us and the bathrooms in every room allowed for each to have the privacy this vacation needed but plenty of room to share and be together.

Excellent villa

Cathy’s Sea Pines villa within the Plantation Club is nothing short of excellent. Freshly renovated bathrooms, hardwoods throughout (not carpet upstairs as pictured) and very spacious. It was well appointed with bath towels and linens. She was flexible with check in time and communicated quickly. We will absolutely recommend to friends and look forward to our next stay!

Our family has been enjoying this villa for decades and now our grandchildren are creating memories here! Some of our favorite things to do are to bike all over Sea Pines (especially to see the animals at Lawton Stables), take a boat ride to see the friendly dolphins, beachcomb in the morning for shells, check out the stars from the beach at night, and always head to Hudson's at sunset for a beautiful night!
