Enjoy a getaway in this gorgeous updated Villa on Hilton Head Island just a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Take walks along the beach with private beach access from the gated community. After a long day of fun in the sun come back to this spacious Villa and enjoy the updated kitchen and coffee bar. Make memories as you ride bikes around the community or grill out on the patio. If you don't feel like cooking this home is centrally located to several restaurants and great shopping!
Our two story villa in located in the beautiful Shipyard community; where you will find a communal pool, private beach access, bike paths, and lush greenery.
From the moment you get onto the island you’ll feel the great family atmosphere and never want to leave. Our villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with a large family style table that seats 6, along with a small bar and stools for sitting. The dining room is open to the living room where there is a large couch and love seat, 50 inch TV with cable box, and a stocked coffee bar. You may enjoy your mornings with a cup of coffee or nights grilling on our patio. The patio is secluded and fully furnished with chairs, tables, and a grill. Downstairs there is also a half bath and laundry room available for use. When you go up the stairs, you’ll start with the loft area that has a bunk bed and TV with roku. The owners suite has a king bed, private balcony, TV with cable box, and full bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, TV with roku, and full bathroom with vanity and tub/shower combination.
We offer 2 adult bikes, 1 children’s bike, and a bike trailer for your use. If you need anymore rentals there are various businesses very close to the home to accommodate.
The pool is just a 3 minute walk from the villa. The beach is less than 1 mile, 20 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride, or just a quick drive. The beach access has bike racks and parking spots available.
The island is full of great restaurants and activities; from boat or kayak rentals, dinner or dolphin cruises, various restaurants and shopping, or just taking a nice walk or bike ride on the beach.

We absolutely love staying in Shipyard due to the beach access, pool, and beautiful condos! This condo is no exception! It has plenty of space both inside and out and everything needed for a great stay including beach gear!

Great first trip to HHI. Home was beautiful and plenty of room for our family of 6. Listing pictures are accurate and lots of extras available for use, not included in listing details. Everything you could need for a beach trip and more! Would definitely stay here again. Pool was very nice & only a short walk. Not crowded. Private beach access was a plus but weekends can be hard to find parking. Would recommend this home for your next trip! Located in Shipyard.

We Loved Angela’s place! It was very clean with lots of towels. Loved how close it was to colligny and it was so nice to use the bikes.The patio was a wonderful addition for hanging out during nap time.

Great stay!
We had a great time at Angela's get away in Hilton Head. The location was perfect and convenient to everything. Beds were super comfy and the condo had everything we needed!

Enjoyed our stay. Angela responded promptly to our inquiries. Pictures accurately reflected the unit. The bikes were nice to ride to beach. Would stay again.

Fantastic stay!
Angela's condo was just as described and so roomy for our family of five. Our teens loved the proximity to Coligny and we all appreciated the beach gear provided.

Beautiful Townhome
This townhome was beautifully decorated, very clean and had very comfortable beds. All the details were thought of and there was tons of space for the 6 of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway!
Accomodations exceeded our expectations. Location is fantastic and check in was seemless. Communication was supurb and would definately stay there again.

Amazing Stay
We love this condo and the Shipyard community! The condo is clean and spacious and provides everything you need, and the extra bunks in the loft/hall area are great for kids. There is plenty of seating in the family room and outdoors on the patio. We really enjoyed our stay and Angela is very responsive when we had a few questions.

very professional. Communications were excellent. The unit is well laid out and comfortable. A bit short on dishes but with just 2 of us staying that was not an issue for us. TV is the roku variety, which I hate but the apps worked fine. The beach is a bit of a walk but you can drive a short way and park near access point.

We love everything the island has to offer; from the beautiful beach access, the wonderful shops and restaurants, and the tranquil family atmosphere. We purchased our villa in 2018 and have shared and experienced many memories with our growing family and friends.
