We’re so glad to hear the home was a great fit for your group and that everyone had plenty of space to relax after a day on the course. It sounds like you were able to take full advantage of the location between the nearby golf courses and that easy walk to the beach, it really is the best of both worlds. We love hearing when a trip comes together like that. We’d be happy to host your group again anytime hopefully for another great golf getaway!

Tropical Palms was a nice place to stay. We had a question about the hot tub and the owner was here in minutes. Two short blocks from the beach. We had 20 people. 11 adults and 9 kids. Arrangements worked well.

House nothing like Pictures. Bottom floor smelled musty, House had been fumigated day before check in due to bugs. We found dead bed bugs on mattress in multiple rooms. Saw some type of bug run across top of dresser drawers in game room. We called realtor and got moved to another property.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for your experience, as this is not the standard we strive to provide. The issues you described, including the condition of the home, odor, and pest concerns, are unacceptable and have been taken very seriously. We are addressing this with both the property owner and our pest control and housekeeping teams to ensure the home meets proper standards moving forward. We’re glad we were able to relocate you to another property, but we regret that this situation impacted the start of your stay. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. Very very clean. Short walk to the beach. You can see the Ocean from 3rd and 2nd balcony. Plenty of seating outside. 2 refrigerators on top floor 1 smaller one in Game room down stairs. 2 charcoal grills and one large propane. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Owners clean everything and are very attentive to keeping pool clean. They are close by if you did need anything. The kitchen has everything that a family could need and more. 1 XL crockpot 2 med crockpots and 3 coffee makers. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of them. Bathrooms are very clean and newly renovated. We will definitely be back to stay at this one.

Not clean

While a nice house, Tropical Palms was not cleaned well and the realty company probably takes on too many listings. The check in time (5) does not make sense if the check out is 10 am and the cleaning is minimal to zero. There were hornets and bees in a tree and we called to get them sprayed and no one ever came out. My niece was stung.
