The Copper Free Shuttle stop is nearby to help you get around, and you'll be close to grocery shopping, the Village shops and restaurants, and West Lake for lots of summer water fun.

This efficient studio was renovated and offers a cozy home base for those looking to be out and about much of the time. Have a seat on the comfortable sofa or chair, and watch a movie on the cable TV. Look for local restaurants and events with the free WiFi access. There's also a shared washer/dryer for your convenience.

Dine at the table in a separate little nook infused with sunlight through a large window. Stock the mini-fridge/freezer with your favorites, and create quick, easy meals or warm up leftovers in the microwave. The kitchenette also features a dishwasher and double sinks.

As a guest, you'll enjoy easy access to the slopes in the winter and golf and other classic activities in the summer. After a day of exploring, use the athletic center for an additional daily fee and take a swim or fit in a workout. In the summer, visit West Lake for paddle boating, or meander through the forest on the many hiking and mountain biking trails surrounding you. THINGS TO KNOW
Key Pickup & Parking Information: Guests must pick up their keys at the Copper Vacasa office located at 189 Ten Mile Cir #109, Frisco, CO 80443. Free parking is available for key pick-up after 2 PM in the Ten Mile Circle garage and the Chapel lot for your convenience.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
