After a day carving up the slopes, take comfort in knowing your cozy mountain sanctuary awaits at the base of the renowned Four OClock Ski Run, flowing alongside the lodge. And should you be in the mood for some downtown charm, simply take the leisurely three-block stroll to Historic Main Street - where you'll find the vibrant pulse of Breck's lively social scene.

Upon entering Unit 4A at Park Meadows, you'll be greeted by the warmth and appeal of its elegant brushed oak vinyl flooring. Not only does it lend a touch of rustic sophistication to the space, but it's also incredibly practical for easy cleanup after a day of outdoor adventures, where snow and elements are often part of the equation. The living area provides a snug haven, complete with luxurious suede sofa sleeper and 32-inch flat-screen TV, all harmoniously creating an inviting cabin-chic ambiance.

Bathed in natural light, thanks to its numerous windows, views of the outside stream running through the complex are a true highlight of this top-floor unit. And prepare to be delighted by the newly remodeled kitchen, where butcher block countertops and a stylish stacked stone backsplash create an inviting and functional space. This is a great little condo
My son and I came in for a 3 day weekend of skiing. This condo was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and was very convenient to the slopes. While the kitchen was small, it easily met our needs. The hot tubs are excellent as well. It was a bit of a challenge to find the Snowflake Lift on the first day, so I'll share what I learned. Walk out of the property and take a left on the road (up the hill). That will dead end after a few hundred yards into the Four O'clock ski run. Walk across the run and up the hill you see on your right. When you get to the walking bridge, you will see the snowflake lift (and ticket office) across the street. Also, there is a Charter Sports there which is a great place to rent equipment from. They held all of our ski gear each night which makes the walk a breeze. It took us about 5 minutes to walk it. If you rent from Charter, be sure to book in advance online. It's quite a bit cheaper that way.

Great location and clean, but paper thin walls
Just stayed overnight during Oktoberfest. Greatest location and the unit was clean. Owner provided everything we needed. But…the walls are so thin, we heard EVERYTHING our neighbors ours did. Seriously, I could hear every part of their (drunken) conversations. Same with the people upstairs, who were incredibly loud. Door slamming all night long.
