Large master bedroom & bathroom, new kitchen with granite counter top with full appliances.
Great Ocean Views from a large Lanai for viewing Dolphins, Whales & Sunsets (In Season) enjoying the pleasant ocean breezes and sleep to the sound of the surf.
Our Condo is located away from all of the noise & traffic from Alii Dr, so enjoy the quiet time.
2nd Bedroom available with pullout from couch with its own full bathroom.
Alii Villas Condos is an Ocean front complex with beautiful ocean & garden views with a great pool and large BBQ entertainment deck.
The ALii Villas complex is located a short 5 minute drive or a 15 to 20 minute walk to the town for shopping, restaurants &more.
Condo Accommodations :
Our Condo is equipped with a 50" Flat Screen TV, with Wireless Internet available for your convenience.
Condo is stocked with towels for the 2 bathrooms and towels for the pool.
Kitchen is stocked with adequate accessories for your cooking & dining pleasures.
Condo also has a washer & dryer.
Ceiling Fans and or floor fans are located in each room and lanai.

Beautiful ambiance!!

The view is to die for! You can watch whales swim by, the waves splashing against the shore, gorgeous sunsets. Going to sleep with the sounds of waves and all windows open is truly a Hawaiian experience! The condo had everything you would need and the pool was never too crowded. Truly delightful!

Wonderful

The condo fit all our needs and more. The ocean view was spectacular. We had a gorgeous sunset our first night, slept to the sound of waves and woke to a large pod of dolphins passing by. All switches were labeled which was so helpful. Kitchen stocked with plenty of everything.

A little piece of Heaven

This is such a wonderful place to stay in Kona. A beautiful unit right on the water, my family and I loved the peace and serenity we felt relaxing on the lanai, sleeping with the ocean breeze coming through the windows, cooking breakfast while we watched the blue water dance along the black Rock on the shoreline. The pool at this building is large, comfortable and perfect for adults and children. The location is great, walkimg distance into town and lots of lovely little beaches and alcoves. We especially love coming home to the condo after a day of sightseeing. It was always the perfect place to relax and decompress from daily activity on the Island. The condo itself is newly remodeled, clean, comfy and decorated with a lot of Hawaiian spirit. We had a wonderful time staying here and cannot wait to come back again soon!

For a great stay in beautiful Kona.......

We stayed three weeks in this wonderful, clean and well organized condo where we felt ourselves immediately home so close to the sea that you go to bed or wake up with the sound of the waves, we are home in the Guadeloupe F.W.I. very close to the sea too. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is available in the condo which is recently refurbished. We like it very much and will re-book it again for this year. Thank you Chris and Jim.

We live in Missouri and utilize our Condo in paradise several times a year but allow for rentals when we are not occupying our condo

We purchased this 2 Bedroom Condo in 2015 and maintain our condo constantly.
Since we utilize our condo several times a year we do not rent our condo on a constant basis. We have some repeat renters and with the few additional renters during the year we do not obtain multiple reviews.
All of our renters have given our condo a high rating and you will not be disappointed when you stay at our condo and sit on our lanai and view the ocean, and whales during their season.
Sunset views are a given from October through the first part of February.

Our condo is a 2 Bedroom Condo with 2 bathrooms. The condo is on the 2nd floor of building E right on the ocean front. If you like the sound of the ocean this is your place to stay.
If you like walking our condo is approx. 1 1/2 miles to the downtown Kona
Alii Villas is a neatly maintained complex with great views and pleasant landscaping.
Our complex pool is large and very well maintained.
Alii Villas is a pleasant and friendly condo complex and thus has a constant number of repeat renters.
