Great views over the Kona Bay, very tranquil, a lovely garden, a kitchenette with everything you need to prepare breakfast or a quick meal.

Out of all the vrbo‘s where I’ve stayed, this has been my favorite. Steve is a great host and has become a good friend, can’t wait to go back.

Steve was an excellent host and communication was first class. Steve has thought of everything at Twin Palms from beach chairs, tea and coffee to all bathroom products you could possibly need. My favorite part was the view from the back patio. Amazing views and such a peaceful area within a short drive of beaches, supermarkets and restaurants.

Steve was a gracious host and the accommodations were perfect. The view was flawless. We enjoyed visits from Ipo (Steve’s cat) to say good morning and good evening. The local restaurants were absolutely fantastic and anything you could want or need was just a 6-10 minute drive away

This has been my favorite stay in Kona. Steve was a great host, welcoming, accommodating and friendly.The location, close to town but not in the tourist zone, was good for me.The spaces were cozy and quiet with a charming lanai.I am looking forward to returning.

Steve has thought of everything a guest might need during there stay and is generous with his amenities. The view is spectacular and the setting so wonderful and relaxing, next to grand trees and lush greenery and with lots of privacy.

Stephen was amazing property was everything that was in the description does not have a full kitchen, but we may do the views from his deck are absolutely spectacular. The scenery of Kona was truly amazing. Definitely be a top contender for next year. Sunsets amazing

My wife and I have stayed at many vacation rentals and Three palms is in the top 5. We appreciated the exceptional view of the ocean, the peacefulness of the neighborhood, the friendly cats who came to visit and the comfortable/spacious accommodations. We spent most of our time on the beautiful lanai, listening to the birds as we drank our coffee in the morning and watching the sunset. Our host Steve, was kind and thoughtful prioritizing our comfort. He facilitated an impromptu nighttime excursion to a Kilauea eruption that was extraordinarily memorable. The place was just as described. The view and lanai with table and lounge chairs were worth the stay, with breathtaking views. It was wonderful to wake up to the sound of so many different types of birds that you can see flying around from the deck. The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable if you have a sensitive back. It was great to have chairs, beach towels and a buggie board to take to the beach. The restroom was stocked with everything you can think of, including emergency umbrellas. Would stay here again. The host gave us a thorough walkthrough of the place and how everything works upon our arrival, it was helpful but hard to focus after a long flight.

A Perfect Apartment

All of the amenities are well thought out. The view is fantastic and the location is very convenient to get to town and beaches. A wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our 7 day stay at Tree Palms. The ocean view was great and the unit was well furnished and quiet. We enjoyed eating breakfast and watching sunset on the porch. The location was very convenient as a base for visiting the Big Island attractions (beaches, botanical garden, volcano, farmer markets) and Costco shopping :-). Our host Steve was very helpful providing info on Kilauea Volcano eruption forecast which enabled us to catch the spectacular one day eruption. He even gave us a coupon for a nearby great Thai restaurant.
