This VRBO was perfect and exactly as expected. Location! Location! Location!! I can't stress enough how perfect the location was - we did not have to drive anywhere. It was a very short walk to everywhere we needed to go. Tony was extremely easy to communicate with and flexible. We had a group of 17 girls for my bachelorette and this was perfect. The house is very large, plenty of space. 10/10 experience and all the girls and I would recommend this listing to anyone!

Perfect for a big family/friend getaway

The house layout was great so each family/group could have their own area, and the proximity to downtown activities is unbeatable!

Loved being in town. The beds were all very comfortable. Living room couch set was super comfortable! The whole house was so clean! Everything we needed was there. We will definitely make this our go to rental!

House was in a great location, within walking distance to all the nice stores and restaurants in Lake Geneva! So much space and beds as well!

Amazing Stay

We had and incredible time and loved the house. Could not have been more perfect for our holiday weekend with friends. The kids loved it. Close to the beach and downtown. Highly recommend!

The Nautical Inn A

House was as advertised and comfortably slept 16 adults for a golf trip. Owners were friendly and responsive when reaching out via email. Also a great location for walking to most of the downtown area. I would rent this property again.

This house was perfect for our combined Bachelor/bachelorette! It was clean and very spacious! It fit 16 of us perfectly! Very convenient spot to walk to anything!

Family Getaway

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Nautical Inn. We had a family of 11 in our group and there was plenty of room for sleeping, socializing, dining, etc. The place is close to the downtown area with everything within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this house for large families.

Great walking distance to downtown

Went for a girls weekend, it was an easy and short walk to downtown shops, restaurants and fun! Contact with Samantha was great, very attentive and responded quickly.

Great Weekend Retreat

This house has everything you could hope for if you are looking for a place to stay in Lake Geneva with a larger group of friends/family. House was great and location is perfect. Less than a five minute walk from downtown. We easily fit ten people in the house. Can't wait to return!

Perfect home for friends to be together

10 adults celebrating 90th, 80th and 60th birthdays along with a 50th wedding anniversary. Plenty of room to relax and visit. 2 bedrooms on the main level were perfect for those that are stairs challenged.

46 and going strong

It is always a challenge to find a property for our group as we age. The Nautical Inn was perfect for our group, we could spread out to relax, come together for meals and even enjoy brisk winter walks.Downtown was less than a 4 block walk, and has every kind of food and beverage you could want.We hope to return to the Nautical Inn

We loved the location. We walked everywhere. The 6 of us each had our own room. Loved that. Loved the shower pressure! Well stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware.

Perfect family weekend

This could not have suited us any better. Six bedrooms and three baths gave everyone space. We could all cook in the kitchen and we spread out in the two dining room. there were ten of us. The,location was ideal for Winterfest. Everyone could walk to and from whenever they wanted.

Childhood Friends Reunion

My sisters and I and my friend and her sisters just spent a wonderful weekend at the Nautical Inn. There were 10 of us altogether and the house was just perfect for us. Plenty of beds and some of us even got our own room. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of bath towels and super comfy beds. We were just 2 blocks from downtown where we boosted the economy with 10 of us doing a lot of shopping!!! There are so many good restaurants in the area and so much to do in LG. Communication was effortless with Samantha, you can tell she really cares about the people that stay at her place.
