Great communication and responsiveness. Kitchen had plenty of tools/utensils, grill was great, hot tub well maintained with a aging cover that needed extra TLC. Great experience, would stay again.

The sleeping arrangements were not clear. We had one of our couples sleeping in a bunk bed because the listing did not make it clear that one of the double beds was part of a bunk bed. The listing also indicated that we were within walking distance of Peak 8. However, they did not identify that a fenced-off construction zone prevented us from walking to Peak 8. We had to drive and park our cars at the site. It would not have been a problem if the lot was free. Instead, they charged an exorbitant 28 for each vehicle.

What can I say? Location !!! Location !!! Location !!! Location couldn’t be better only few steps from the lift chair, the tickets office, only few minutes to town. Definitely coming back.

Great location. Perfect amount of space. Loved the hot tub! The home could use some updating. The downstairs was cold most of the time. Not enough room around the pool table to play. The welcome basket was nice. Overall loved it and would stay again.

Amazing home and location

Was perfect for our group of 2 couples and 4 young kids for a ski trip. Walking distance to lifts was key!

Excellent location

Great location just a short distance to peak 8. Communication with host regarding check in/out was great and had no issues with the cleanliness of the house.

Great Location For Ski Access

We had a great stay at Breck Lodge. The house had a lot of mountain charm and the proximity to the slopes was excellent - a very short walk right out the back of the house. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Great for a group

This house was great for our group of 3 families. Well stocked kitchen. A bit dated, but worth it for the views

Great Stay

Cabin was clean. If it is hot be prepared- no air conditioning in the home. Views were spectacular. 1/2 mile from nearly everything. Can walk a path through the trees to Peak 8. I would stay here again

Great house!

Great house, nice deck. Plenty of parking in the driveway. All the amenities. The fire place was very cozy and had some wood. Beds were comfortable. Host responsive. Will def stay here again!

Lovely time at 4 oclock

Everything you need in this family home away from home. Would have liked some board games, and some chairs on the deck to enjoy the outdoors. Everything else was just as stated . We felt very comfortable and had a lovely time.

Family and friends ski trip

We had 3 families each with 2 kids staying at this property and it was perfect. The kids had the downstairs living space to hang out at night while the adults took the upstairs by the fire. Everyone was able to come and go as they pleased from the slopes as it was an easy walk to the slopes and a straight shot to ski or board back in. We will definitely be back.

The management company was great to work with, and answered all questions/needs that we had. A few aspects of the house, such as the pool table, are showing their wear and tear, but I have no problems recommending the house.
