Our home features all NEW furnishings, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. Cute, cozy furniture and bedding look like it's straight from a West Elm catalog. Quick and easy access to the freeway. Our home is 2 blocks away from downtown so please be aware parking is a little tricky to find the first time but we are always available to help if needed. Let us know if you have any questions!

Perfect!

This property is centrally located just minutes from Temple square and City Creek Mall. The beds were super comfortable with nice linens. Towels were thick and soft. House was super clean. Could not ask for a better vacation rental.

Charming home in a great location

Our stay was lovely. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to get around. The house was great and clean! We appreciated all the amenities that were included. Thank you for providing us with a beautiful home that made us feel like home during our stay.

This is our second time staying here. David is prompt in responding and is accommodating with requests when he can. It is close to Temple Square. The place was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. They had upgraded the dining table to a nice one that seats six. I loved the placement of stacks of color-matching books throughout. A very pleasant place to be. 😊

Super location

Pros: This place is just steps to capitol building and within walking distance to temple square, very good for city center living. The neighborhood is quiet, and beds are comfy to have a good night sleep. Sofa in the livingroom is very comfy. Kitchen is clean and adequate of supplies. Bathrooms are in good shape and clean. Decorations are chic and stylish. Feels home. Property manager is responsive and helpful. Cons: The squeaky stairs and hallway upstairs make it noisy at night when hitting the bathroom outside the bedrooms. Stairs to the lower level is fine though. Dining table is a bit unstable. Drive lane leading to backdoor too narrow to find for the first time. Overall, I like this place and would recommend it. The location is unbeatable!

Great place to stay!

The house was so cute and adorable! The West Elm feel with the furniture to the lay out was perfect! The giant king size bed in the master and the other two queen beds were comfy and the basement had a laundry room fully stocked. Two full and 1 half bath were perfect for the five of us, no fighting over bathrooms! Plenty of seating was available from the kitchen, dining and living room. I would have liked to have had more hand towels and a coat rack in the rear entrance by the kitchen, however those are a minor thing compared to the attention to detail that was provided. David, the owner, was greate about responding on the VRBO message system and he gave us all the instructions need there. Parking is available behind the house, it's tricky but David was able to give us clear instructions on how to get to the back of the house. We would definitely stay there again, I highly recommend this beautiful home if you are needing to stay in the SLC area near down town. The capital is literally down the street! Love it all, thank you David for a great stay!

Great place near the capitol building

Fabulous place!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. We had everything we needed and the location allowed us to walk to the concert and enjoy good restaurants. The fenced backyard was very nice for the dog and the neighbors were friendly. I also enjoyed the decor, especially the cool living room lamps. This was our sixth stay over the last decade and hoping for more in the future.

Volleyball Tournament stay

Perfect location and well designed home!

We went to tour the University of Utah and also wanted to get to know SLC and the home was well situated for both. The first day, we walked in to the city center and had lunch and did some shopping. The rest of the time we drove but it was pretty well located for our needs. The home itself is well decorated and just really nice to spend time in.If you stay in this house and need your morning coffee, be sure to stop on your way to pick up coffee and cream. There were some misc. food items and a little sugar but no coffee. Otherwise, the kitchen has what most people need for a short stay.We would definitely rent again!

Excellent place to stay. Close enough to the downtown area and convention center. Newly remodeled and at the same time an older home with a lot of character.

Homebase for ski trip

We rented this VRBO with a group of friends for a ski getaway, using this stay as our homebase. David was responsive and helpful. He arranged for us to check-in early and to use a second parking spot. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed! The only downside was that upstairs shower’s hot water would run out pretty quickly, but the shower downstairs was perfect. Thanks for a great week!

Awesome duplex!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was clean, well-supplied, host was very attentive and location was superb for walking around the capitol and Temple Square. An excellent choice for our family vacation!
