Beach chairs can be a matter of personal preference, and the chairs provided are ones that many guests do use and enjoy at the beach. We’re sorry they did not meet your expectations. We did not receive any communication from you during your stay regarding the waste basket or the condition of the beach towels. Had we been made aware, we would have gladly replaced the damaged item and provided additional clean towels right away to ensure your comfort. We understand that furniture style and arrangement are a matter of personal preference. Since this is a studio, the space may feel more compact to some guests. Regarding the drapes, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and will have them inspected and replaced if needed. We’ll also check on the beach chairs to ensure they’re in good condition for future guests. We understand the exterior construction may not have been ideal, and we appreciate your patience as the community works on improvements. Unfortunately, pool access is managed by the building and was outside of our control. All of these things were clearly stated in the property description when you booked.
