Comfy beds. The perfect villa that made a perfect vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked with necessities. The outdoor spaces were also stocked with fun activities. Owner was very responsive when we had an issue, making sure it was resolved quickly.

Amazing vacation! The location on the beachfront, the house, the pool, and amenities including kayaks, snorkeling equipment, etc were fantastic. It was our first Caribbean vacation and we were blown away with the beauty of the island. Ben was a terrific caretaker of the property. Would come again!

This is a magnificent property on the outskirts of Turks and Caicos. Very private and beautiful. The house itself is fantastic. It was just me and my husband but there is plenty of room for a family. It was a beautiful ocean view as well with the best view from the pool where you can see the palm trees and ocean. I would highly recommend not going in September though as this is apparently algae season in the south side of the island (though the host did all he could to clean it up daily) and a lot of places, including the ones that were nearby us, were closed. We were disappointed the restaurant 300 ft beside us was closed until November even though they let us book a table through Open Table and the tiki bar within swimming/kayaking distance was only open on weekend and limited menu. But the host, Ben (who takes care of the place) and the scenery were great, and we enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and felt like we were on a private island! A perfect place to get away from all the crowds but don't go in off season! :) Luckily we had perfect weather too!

Fantastic family vacation. Peaceful location with something for everyone. Kayaks, paddle boards snorkeling gear and late night bonfires. Ben took excellent care of the property and us! We are already talking about a return visit

We had an incredible stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was unbeatable—having the beach right there made our trip so easy and enjoyable with the kids. The property was the perfect size for our family of four, comfortably accommodating everyone.A huge thank you to Ben for making our stay truly special. He was incredibly friendly, kept everything spotless, and was always available to answer our questions. He even went above and beyond by opening coconuts for our boys, which they absolutely loved! We would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of things to do on the beach. Jet skiing is within walking distance. Host provides paddle boarding and kayaking. We kayaked to the floating bar. We saw a sting ray, crabs and fish right off the beach. So beautiful here. Highly recommend staying here in this cozy cottage.

Excellent stay! The house and location were perfect for our family of 6! Wesley, our host answered every question we had before our arrival. Everything was clean and fresh. Thank you for making our first trip to T&C a wonderful experience. Adored Ben!!! You have a gem there.

The owner was responsive and very helpful with any questions I had prior and during our stay. The house was beautiful, and clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Ben was on hand everyday to take care of anything we needed and to keep everything outside in great shape. He was wonderful!

Fantastic location and a very responsive host. Kayaks/paddle boards had some issues when we arrived, our host immediately bought new equipment. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Easy paddle to Captain Oaks tiki bar and an easy drive to anywhere on the island. This was a fantastic trip!!

Great place to stay!

Cozy private area on the beach.... friendly staff that cleans up the beach in the morning and will get you a fire pit going at night.

We stayed in February 2026 for our annual girls trip (year 17!) and this place was everything we hoped for. The location is perfect, and check-in and check-out were seamless.Ben was incredible — he kept the grounds looking great, built the fire pit for us, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire stay. The dishwasher wasn’t working during our visit, but he was already replacing it after we left, which says a lot about how well the property is cared for.No complaints at all. Truly a 10-star experience and we can’t wait to come back!

Amazing stay

We had such an amazing stay at this property with our family. It was the first time our 3 kids have been to e island, but my husband and I’s sixth. If you are wanting a peaceful and calm stay, this is a great place.

Wonderful retreat with beautiful views and nice amenities

We really enjoyed our stay greatly. Wonderful location in fantastic views and amenities out the back of the house. Everything you need for cooking inside and attentive management. We would definitely go here again.

We had three couples- watch your head in the loft! Overall we had a wonderful, fun filled trip. The location was perfect with an easy walk to The Shore Club restaurants and H2O beach bar. We walked the beach, kayaked, hung at the pool and enjoyed the fire pit, all steps from the house. Took a short drive to Grace Bay beach, Thursday Fish Fry, The Cave Bar, a couple of other restaurants and went on a group boat tour which was a blast! The house was good for our needs and priced well, but had some deferred maintenance that Wesley will be taking care of. We stayed 11 days and still didn’t do all we wanted to do! Might have to return to the beautiful waters of Turks and Caicos.
