Loved this house! Everything was pristine, clean and comfortable. Nice amenities, pool and location were great also. Kim is an extraordinary host. Will definitely return.

Girls trip

We had a long weekend girls trip with our dogs this place was perfect. More then enough room and tons of amenities the pool was perfect

Great Vacation home

My family and I had a great time staying here while visiting family. The house was super clean, and the beds were comfortable. The house had everything we needed. Spending time in the pool was terrific and a welcome relief from the hot Florida sun.

Wonderful clean home

This home had everything to meet our needs. The bonus room was a great addition for our teens to use. The backyard oasis and pool space are wonderful. We would definitely stay again!

This beautiful house was perfect for my teen daughters and I. Immaculate, well-stocked, super comfortable, and exactly.what we were hoping for. Growing up in Sarasota, I especially appreciated the FL snow shovels!!! Thank you for being part of our FL adventures. I would love to stay again when in the area to visit family.

Holiday perfection!

We can’t say enough about the beautiful home we enjoyed for a long weekend. The host was very responsive and accommodating, the house and pool were spotless and the area was centrally located and quiet! We came for a long weekend to explore the area and we made the rounds, beaches, golf, and restaurants, tons to explore in the immediate area.We would definitely stay in this lovely home again! Thank you for a perfect stay!

Pool home

Exactly as described, very neat and clean. The pool was awesome and nice yard to hang out in.Beds very comfortable, the whole house was very well appointed. Near the shamrock park which connects to the legacy trail, which I walked several times. Also catch the ferry over to Casperson beach and collect shells and sharks teeth. I will definitely stay here again.

We will be back!

Amazing rental! Clean and accommodating. We were there for a few days diving with Aristakat and this place was perfect! There is a dunk/rinse tank for your gear, a hose, and place to hang your stuff to dry. Super close to the boat ramp. Great area in general. Host was very friendly.

We met our Kansas family there and the place was perfect for the 6 of us. Ample room in the house and it was very clean. The kids loved the pool, of course. We slept in the master bedroom and I had some issues with the mattress but theres no bed like home, lol. We had a great vacation there and appreciate the owners allowing us to enjoy their little oasis.

Host was welcoming, house was as pictured, the only issue with this property was it was advertised as having a heated pool and pool heater was not on. So pool was very cold as was outdoor temperature. We contacted the host, and she told us how to turn on pool heater which took a few days to warm pool. We only got to use pool last 2 days of our trip. I specifically looked for a heated pool when i booked the stay. So to say the least i was very disappointed.

South Venice March 2023

This was a great house for my family of six laid out so we could all have some privacy yet come together to enjoy our gathering. The pool was fantastic so we spent a lot of time in and around it. Travel into Venice was easy and quick, plus there were many amenities within a few miles of the house. Our host was friendly and welcoming giving us recommendations about restaurants, beaches and local events. She went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed and was extremely responsive to the few questions I sent her. We could not have been happier with our choice of this house and location. I would not hesitate to return to this house and host in the future.

Would rent again, great location

House was very nice and clean inside, pool was great. Yard needed to be cut, back yard was like a foot high with weeds and grass and the lanai door needs a curtain, at night you can see straight into the house. But other than a few easy little change it was a great stay.

Home was in a quiet neighborhood. You are close to everything you need. The property was as advertised. Would definitely choose this home again!

Family Getaway

Love the house, super comfy beds, VERY Clean, pool was a plus, host left us a nice welcome letter with snacks. We enjoyed for sure! Nice neighborhood. Short distance from the beach and pier. Overall love our stay! Will be back!

Amazing stay !!!

This was one of the most amazing rentals we got. Just to start the house was clean and welcoming. The bathroom clean and had extra soap shampoo the bedrooms was nice size and the mattress OMG so comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and they had a grill outside in the pool area. The pool was clean weekly and was the most fun part. This house is close to amazing beaches and great restaurants. Russell the host was very nice to us. We are planning to come back and stay in this house again
