The Space:
Every family member can enjoy this home's modern comforts by choosing one of its four bedrooms. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, high-quality linens, and a spacious wardrobe. The primary bedroom boasts a large walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom, and a conveniently located TV. There is ample space for up to eight guests.
Both the ensuite and shared bathrooms feature a walk-in shower and vanity. A large bathtub in the upstairs bathroom provides a spa-like experience. Hotel-quality towels and amenities are provided for guest convenience.
The luxurious open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for convenient self-catering. The gas stove, large refrigerator, and electric oven make it easy for guests to prepare their meals while enjoying the stunning view of the pool and outdoor areas. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a table that comfortably seats up to eight people.
The living area is decorated in an eccentric style, with a comfortable couch and a TV. You can relax and enjoy the warm summer breeze blowing through the sliding glass doors. Get cosy by the gas log fireplace right under the TV for cooler nights. The ducted heating and cooling system ensures guests are comfortable throughout the year, regardless of season.
Have a cinema-like experience with the entertainment room, complete with soundproof walls. A peaceful reading room is also available near the staircase.
The main highlight of this gorgeous property is the backyard entertainment area. It boasts stunning wood decks and an in-ground swimming pool, perfect for guests of all ages who want to enjoy some pool fun during summer. There's ample space to lounge around, soak up the sun, or find shade. Additionally, there's an outdoor TV available.
There is a long driveway and double-door garage for free, off-street parking. Free street parking is also available.

Base price is for two people (1 room). Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for. If cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred. Please choose the number of guests when checking availability/pricing.

Take a quick five-minute drive into Bendigo's thriving town centre. You can check out the Bendigo Art Gallery or the Golden Dragon Museum to engage with the local art scene and learn more about the area's history. While there, explore the well-kept grounds at Rosalind Park and the Yi Yuan Gardens. Remember to stop by the Conservatory and Fernery.

We place a temporary AUD 500 authorisation hold on your credit or debit card from two days prior to check-in. This is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. The hold is released within 3-7 days of check-out, provided the property is in good condition. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. Security deposits may vary for more extensive listings. Please check the specific listing details for any variations.
**Damage Waiver (Optional)**
For some bookings, you may have the option of a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. This is a smaller percentage of the security deposit amount. You can choose either the security deposit or the damage waiver during the booking process, depending on availability. The damage waiver covers limited accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as broken dishes or minor spills. The damage waiver does not cover intentional damage, theft, or loss of property.
