Welcome to Top End Poolside, the East Bendigo oasis proudly hosted by Cosmo Homes.

Discover the amazing amenities this stunning four-bedroom home has to offer. Thoughtfully furnished in a vibrant style, your family will luxuriate in the modern design and comfortable communal spaces. Step into the backyard to find a breathtaking pool and outdoor entertainment area.

The Space:
Every family member can enjoy this home's modern comforts by choosing one of its four bedrooms. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, high-quality linens, and a spacious wardrobe. The primary bedroom boasts a large walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom, and a conveniently located TV. There is ample space for up to eight guests.

Both the ensuite and shared bathrooms feature a walk-in shower and vanity. A large bathtub in the upstairs bathroom provides a spa-like experience. Hotel-quality towels and amenities are provided for guest convenience.

The luxurious open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for convenient self-catering. The gas stove, large refrigerator, and electric oven make it easy for guests to prepare their meals while enjoying the stunning view of the pool and outdoor areas. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a table that comfortably seats up to eight people.

The living area is decorated in an eccentric style, with a comfortable couch and a TV. You can relax and enjoy the warm summer breeze blowing through the sliding glass doors. Get cosy by the gas log fireplace right under the TV for cooler nights. The ducted heating and cooling system ensures guests are comfortable throughout the year, regardless of season.

Have a cinema-like experience with the entertainment room, complete with soundproof walls. A peaceful reading room is also available near the staircase.

The main highlight of this gorgeous property is the backyard entertainment area. It boasts stunning wood decks and an in-ground swimming pool, perfect for guests of all ages who want to enjoy some pool fun during summer. There's ample space to lounge around, soak up the sun, or find shade. Additionally, there's an outdoor TV available.

There is a long driveway and double-door garage for free, off-street parking. Free street parking is also available.

Guest Access:
Base price is for two people (1 room). Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for. If cleaners find that unpaid beds were used, an extra cleaning fee will be incurred. Please choose the number of guests when checking availability/pricing.

The Neighborhood:
East Bendigo is a quiet suburb just outside the happenings in the town centre. With plenty of great local options, there is also prime access to Bendigo’s CBD.

Local businesses like Eastside Cafe or Undercover Roasters are perfect for grabbing a coffee or expertly roasted beans. True Brew, a bustling brewery and bar, is also nearby and serves locally brewed beer.

Take a quick five-minute drive into Bendigo's thriving town centre. You can check out the Bendigo Art Gallery or the Golden Dragon Museum to engage with the local art scene and learn more about the area's history. While there, explore the well-kept grounds at Rosalind Park and the Yi Yuan Gardens. Remember to stop by the Conservatory and Fernery.

If you're unsure where to eat in town, don't worry - plenty of fantastic dining options are available. Some local favourites include Ghosty's Diner, Sim'r, and Oishii on Wheels. If you're looking for a nice dinner, consider making a reservation at The Dispensary or Masons of Bendigo.

For those seeking nightlife, head to The Deck Bendigo for delicious drinks with panoramic views. Across the street, Babylon Lounge & Garden Bar offers drinks and dancing.

Getting Around:
Solomon St & Lloyd St, with access to bus route 60, is 200m away.
Bendigo Station, with access to the V line, is 3.3km away.

**Security Deposits**

We place a temporary AUD 500 authorisation hold on your credit or debit card from two days prior to check-in. This is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. The hold is released within 3-7 days of check-out, provided the property is in good condition. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. Security deposits may vary for more extensive listings. Please check the specific listing details for any variations.

**Damage Waiver (Optional)**
For some bookings, you may have the option of a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. This is a smaller percentage of the security deposit amount. You can choose either the security deposit or the damage waiver during the booking process, depending on availability. The damage waiver covers limited accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as broken dishes or minor spills. The damage waiver does not cover intentional damage, theft, or loss of property.

We respect the privacy of our guests and ensure a contactless check-in. However, if you have any trouble with your check-in or any other issues/inquiries during your stay, our Guest Support team is around to help.

Easy check in and communication regular. House presented clean as per photos. Great location close
Pool water low, needed more frypans non stick, but overall very comfortable and accessible. Air con very handy in summer

Disgraceful
We book 2 weeks prior and payment made. The morning we left to go on holiday I had noticed we did not receive any check in details the night before as per the Host's previous messages. I messaged them early with no reply. We made our way to from Melbourne to Bendigo messaging several times on the way, no response. We arrived had lunch and still no response. An hour prior to check-in I contact Stayz, they tried to call the Host, no answer. I was told by Stayz to make our way to the house as we still had an hour before check in. Sitting in the drive way with my family 30mins after check in still no response from the host. Stayz again tried to contact the Host, nothing. Was then told by Stayz I would have to seek alternative accommodation and they would pay for it (Stayz still hasn't reimbursed me??) We found somewhere and checked in, I then recieve a message from the Host asking did I not receive the Check in details?? Really?? Sent after the check in time. Several messages back and forth over the next few hours they finally sent the check in details to the house at 6.30pm that night with absolutely NO apology for the inconvenience of having to find somewhere to find and stay for our family 3hours from home at the end of long day. We love Bendigo but this was the worst experience I have ever had with any accommodation any where in the country.

Great house for a group
House was great, no issues with accessing the house. Location was fine, it is 5 to 10 minute driving distance to the town. Overall a positive experience, the only small issue was lack of oven trays, pots etc...
