I’m glad the unit matched the listing and was clean — I’m sorry your stay was disrupted by the elevator being out for the entire visit and by the lock problems and broken blinds. Elevator repairs are managed by the building/HOA, but we reported the outage and will follow up with them to help prevent prolonged downtime. We’ll have our maintenance team inspect and repair or replace the electronic lock and the living-room blinds, and we’ll review the way the reservation team handled your calls to ensure better service. We appreciate you staying with us and will work to improve these issues for future guests.
