Newly renovated villa in gated PGA National. Brand new wood floors!! All new kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and washer/dryer in unit. Fully equipped Kitchen and bar. Crown molding throughout. Memory foam mattresses on two full size guest room beds .King size mattress in Master. Queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Entire unit has been updated and refreshed from paint to linens, to window coverings and LED lighting. Flat screen TVs, DVD player, high speed wireless internet. Outdoor furnished wrap around screened porch. Move in... All you need is your clothing and golf clubs!
Golf at lots of public courses close by. Lots of restaurants and beaches close by. The local mall and theaters are 2 miles away. 3 month minimum for Jan-March. Our POA requires 15 days to approve rentals. . * Golf and pool at the resort are for hotel quests only*

Great condo

I would definitely recommend staying at this condo. We loved the location and community pool. The owner was very easy to communicate with. The condo was well decorated and had everything we needed. Restaurants and grocery store are right around the corner. PBG is a beautiful location.

Great location

Great location - near everything you need. Pool across the street. Beds are comfy; some of the other furniture could use a little refresh. Kitchen was well stocked. Howard was quick to communicate and very helpful. Thank you!

Peaceful

What a nice place. Kym and Howard have a well thought out clean and beautiful place to stay. Easy to get to the beaches, close to restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet (PGA National), and the check in, and check out were very easy. Howard answers emails very quickly, or you can call him. The neighborhood pool is very nice as well. Thanks y'all, great vacation.

Location great

Location was perfet for our needs. screened in pourch was a mess. we had to clean it before we could use it. did contact owners. They offered to send a cleaning service, but we had already taken care of the problem ourselves.

Wonderful stay over Thanksgiving week!

We had a wonderful stay at Howard's condo - the location was perfect, parking was always available right next to our unit and neighborhood was quiet. The condo was very bright, lots of windows and plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. The beds were super comfy with nice linens. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed -as well as a washer/dryer which we used often. We forgot our keys one day, and called Howard in a panic. He was very gracious and came right away! Howard was very quick to respond if we needed anything. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Large condo needs some TLC to be great

This is an older condo on the PGA National Resort grounds. The owners have made many improvements that are accurately depicted in the photos. But there are some things that really detracted from our stay that future renters need to assess for themselves. First, there are large lights on the outside of every building lighting up the parking lot. Great for safety but horrible for sleeping in the bedroom with two beds. Owners need to add a room darkening shade for the comfort of their guests. Second, the secondary bathroom shower tub is very, very slippery. There is a rubber mat there to use but many people, like me in my 40s will remove it. Unfortunately, I fell one night and hit my head on the side of the tub. Not a huge accident but not what you want to be dealing with on vacation. The owners need to fix the problem and put permanent anti-skid stickers on the tub floor. I wouldn't suggest this for all tubs but this one is very dangerous and needs to be fixed. Third, there are little things that need upgrading. The pillows in all bedrooms are very poor quality and seem very old. Same with the sheets provided (but towels are great). Many of the utensils and cooking implements in the kitchen have been upgraded (and there's a good assortment) but the pots and pans are low quality and the non-stick is very well worn or scratched. I found cooking anything more than a spaghetti dinner to be very unattractive. Finally, the living room couch is good but only fits 2 people comfortably or maybe 3 a little tighter. The two wicker chairs have very well worn cushions and therefore aren't comfortable at all. If you're a 4 person family you will struggle to find enough seating in that room without pulling over dining room chairs. Because this condo is older, it's a good size. I think with a little TLC and some upgrades both for safety and for comfort, this condo would be much more attractive to renters.

Perfect for our needs.

The condo was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with just about everything you would need to prepare meals and or bake. The layout was perfect for me and my brother as we each had our own space. Beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well. We enjoyed the outside screened in porch for morning coffee. We invited some relatives over for lunch and each one commented on how lovely the condo was. Communication with the owner was easy and he was very accommodating. PGA National is a beautiful area and we felt very safe. Would definitely book this unit again. Thank you Howard!

A great stay in PGA

We had a wonderful time in this condo. it was very comfortable, super clean, and had everything we needed for a week-long stay. We loved the screen porch for morning coffee!

Amazing - Home but better

We had such an amazing time. We had a family emergency and Howard was so kind. We stayed there and visited my Dad and it really made the whole experience so much better (quite a feat). The place is beautiful and relaxing and the perfect place to stay. I stayed at another place in PGA before and I much prefer this property and responsiveness of the owner. They really went above and beyond. If you are looking for a place in Palm Beach Gardens - look no further.

Nicest stay in PGA National Ever!

Very comfortable, clean and well appointed condo. I’ve rented about 6 so far in PGA National and this was my favorite. Lots of thoughtful touches like the makeup mirror.

Very nice townhouse

This is a super comfortable 2 bedroom place. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space for 4 people. Very clean and updated. Howard is very nice and check in, etc. is very easy. Overall great stay.

We could not have been happier with our stay. Beautifully decorated, the condo was a comfortable and welcoming place to base out of while visiting family. Very well appointed, particularly the kitchen - it has all you'd need to cook nearly anything. We look forward to returning when it's a bit cooler so we can enjoy that lovely porch. Thank you!

Perfection at PGA Villa

This villa was perfect ... the beds were extremely comfortable. All tvs had great reception and many channels. The kitchen was fully equipped and I must mention the villa was immaculate and smelled great!!!

Just as,described. Very nice. Owners were wonderful to communicate with and very helpful in planning our stay. If I were to be returning to PB I would surely try to stay again at this property. Very close to the golf courses and to wonderful restaurant choices.

Perfect vacation!

This was a great spot to stay with my two boys, ages 11 and 13. The accomodations were spacious and comfortable. We loved having the two separate beds in the second bedroom. And having a full kitchen made it so easy to make our own meals and not have to eat out all the time. We hope to be back next holiday!

Even better than the pictures!!!

Stayed for 5 nights! The condo had everything we needed and even had a bottle of wine as a greeting! Very nice attention! Very easy to communicate with the owner. Was my first time renting on VRBO and definitely not the last one. It’s a gated community and the main thing is that i felt SECURE during the whole time! That’s a great thing when you’re away from home. Will book again for sure for next year! Everything was clean and smelled fresh! I enjoyed every bit of my stay! Thanks to the owners! You did a good job renovating!
