Welcome to our charming, brick, one story, (3) bedroom, (2) bathroom residence with a private attached garage with parking for 1 - 2 vehicles in the garage (pending their size) with parking for 2 additional vehicles in the driveway. A perfect place to enjoy some well-deserved, rest & relaxation.

Stroll ½ mile to the Tarpon Public Beach Access to enjoy the sugar-white sand between your toes & admire the crystal clear waters for a free dose of Vitamin D! If you choose to retire from building sandcastles, return to the neighborhood pool which is 300 steps from the front door or go out on an adventure to enjoy a plethora of restaurants, shopping, water sports, & entertainment.

The residence is a self check-in residence with a private entry code to assist in practicing social distancing and allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys.

When you arrive, enjoy having everyone together under one roof with the luxury of everyone having their own space. Entertain within (2) living room areas. As you enter, the front room has a private sitting area with large sofa and overstuffed chair and new dining room table with seating for (6). This room leads to the kitchen where you can enjoy casual dining at the breakfast table with seating for (4) and counter seating for (4). The kitchen overlooks the second living area which leads to the back exterior screened in patio where you can enjoy exterior seating for (8) with a backyard, private grill and privacy fence. Again, a fabulous place to entertain.

The living room features an oversized 69” flat screen TV with a new overstuffed sleeper sofa and chair where you can snuggle up to enjoy movies, play games around the large coffee table or just kick back with a great book. The fireplace is a decorative piece only, for the Florida heat will keep you warm inside.

The Master Bedroom is very spacious with clean lines, a king bed, 42” flat screen TV, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet and recliner. The master includes an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, shower/tub combo & commode. The Guest Bedroom has a king bed, 42” flat screen TV, ceiling fan & closet. The bathroom is shared with the Bunk Bedroom has a single vanity, shower/tub combo & commode. The Bunk Bedroom has a Quad Bunk (4) twin beds with a 42” Flat Screen TV, ceiling fan and closet.

The laundry room has a full-sized washer & dryer are located off the bedrooms off the garage. The garage clearance = 6’8” Height x 15’11” Width x 18’ Length (garage the overall width 19’).

If fishing is your game, Destin is known as “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village” & claims to have the largest fishing vessel fleet in the state. If your looking for adventure, restaurants & shopping, Destin offers the Harborwalk Village, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets & so much more.

• Age Requirements - You MUST be 25 years or older to book this property & must be staying in the condo for the duration of the reservation.

• Cleaning - Our cleaning company is following & practicing the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, VRHK (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) & VRMA (Vacation Rentals Management Assoc.) Guidelines.
