Great location in a quiet area. The place was very clean and had everything supplied for a comfortable stay. Lots of towels, beach chairs, coolers and an umbrella made the trip easy. The property was immaculate and exceptionally well maintained. The BBQ's were cleaned daily and looked like brand new. Pool was great. Close to great beaches and the Shops of Wailea. Would definitely stay again!

Great communication from host. Unit was clean and very spacious. Pool is great, with beautiful ocean views. Have stayed at The Palms previously and will again in the future.

Rentals Maui was so excellent to work with. This is our tenth year coming to Maui and they have been the best company to work with, no question. We've booked back with them for next year, the first time we've been a repeat client.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay at The Palms. Nice accommodations, beautiful grounds. Could use more shade around the pool area.

We had a great stay! The unit is spacial and clean and we enjoyed the outside patio with lounge chairs. Kitchen is well equipped and the unit has laundry. Amazing location with close proximity to the beach and shops. Furniture and carpet outdated but overall it was a great unit to stay at and we would go back! The hosts were kind to provide the fans for the living room area however we didn't need to use them as the room temperature was cool enough. The bedroom had aircon which was great.

We had a lovely stay, they allowed early check in which was very nice and helpful! The main area was quite hot as only AC in the bedroom. Other than that no issues!

Great location, very spacious!

This unit is a huge 1-bedroom with all the extras you could want in a vacation rental - very well stocked kitchen, grill, beach equipment, pool, and with a great location. We will be back!

This unit is in a good location. The family room could use an air conditioning unit because it gets very warm.

Maui

Location of condo to restaurants and beaches is amazing we love to snorkel and come to Maui twice yearly just some added advice the snorkel equipment in condo is not complete simply rent equipment and have a wonderful time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: when we open the door, we were shocked at how beautiful this place was. They made it so easy for us to get into the place. Also having access to the pool was an added bonus.

Great location, easy highway access, close to “The Shops @ Wailea” and good beaches. The unit was adequate. Good but not great😀

Just “ok” in beautiful Wailea

Lack of air conditioning was a surprise. Could not walk to beach easily…. Just ok, nothing special here at the Palms at Wilea

Awesome Condo!

We appreciate your feed back. We do supply each bathroom with a full set of towels including wash cloths and hand towels. There is also 4 beach towels in the condo for guest use. In the future please do not hesitate to call our office for assistance while staying at the condo. We are happy to assist our guest with any questions or concerns that come up during a visit.

It was pretty grounds/good location inside a bit run down

We loved the location and the grounds were beautiful. It was a comfortable bed. The amenities were as described. It was just a bit old and run down the blinds didn’t work well in the bedroom. The counter in bathroom had tiny bugs. It had a bit of a musty smell. But overall not terrible. The ac unit is only in the bedroom which is most important but just fyi if anyone’s sleeping in the living room.

Out Dated unit

Location was perfect and close to the beach. Carpeting outdated. Master bathroom had strange musty smell. No drawers to put clothes away. Lounge cushions old and worn.
