This Condominium has a beautiful Ocean View!
Renovated with all new decks and vinyl siding. Gorgeous!

In February 2024 we updated our condo with LVP flooring and renovated both bathrooms with new cabinets, beadboard, fixtures and hardware. The kitchen was upgraded with beadboard backsplash, new light fixtures, hardware and low profile microwave.

This condo is decorated with a unique Caribbean Beach theme. It was professionally decorated and has many wonderful amenities including all custom window treatments. Additional amenities include a large kitchen with everything you could possibly need. TV's in every room and Wi-Fi.

The condo is equipped with a master bedroom and bath that includes a queen-size bed and new pillow top mattress.. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and is very brightly decorated; perfect for children! Next to the bedroom there is a full bath and the den couch converts to a queen-sized sleeper sofa! The unit does NOT allow smoking inside the condominium. Pets are also NOT allowed. Linens are provided for all weekly rentals. For non-weekly rentals, linens are available upon request. Storage unit by the beach is available for your convenience, and is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys. Just for you and your family to enjoy!

GREAT LOCATION!! Ocean Pier I is located in Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach. It is a perfect location for families. It is several blocks from the popular Barefoot Landing, Tanger outlets, Duplin Winery, Alabama Theater and the famous House of Blues. We are located in the heart of restaurant row. Great location for golfing and fishing. Parasailing and banana boat rides are available all summer long.

Note For People with Handicaps: There is NOT an elevator at Ocean Pier I. The location of this condominium is on the third floor.

Weekend at the Beach

The condo is decorated so cute-so beachy. It had everything that we needed and it was very clean and comfy. Communication with David (our host) was so easy too. Located in Windy Hill, the area was quiet, but close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. We rate this condo as "perfect". Making plans already for next year. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much David!

Greatest vacation ever

This was the most amazing vacation ever. The condo felt just like home. There was no noise other than waves crashing. No traffic messing up the beautiful natural sounds. Everthing was clean in the cabin. I was able to cook full meals for my family. The owners are so very kind and helpful. We will certainly book again.

Great place to stay in NMB!

David is an excellent host. The condo was nicely cleaned. The A/C unit works well and fast. The unit location is perfect and the pool is just amazing, bigger than I thought. The ground floor storage for beach stuff is a plus as well. I recommend this place!

Great Condo, Very Convenient!

David was an excellent host, very accessible and responsive. His unit was exactly what our family of four needed for our summer beach vacation. Beautiful

Our family had a lovely time. David is very responsive and communicates check-in/out procedures ahead of time. The space is exactly as pictured/described. The area during our stay was quiet and plenty of beach for everyone. Everything was super easy and relaxed as it should be during a vacation. Really appreciated the beach gear, chairs etc. Would definitely stay again!

Family fun trip

This was our second time staying at David’s place and my family loved it! The location is the best! Right on the beach with a beautiful pool and close to lots of golf courses. Can’t wait to go back next year! Leigh

Location was great! Great access to beach and very nice pool! Only downfall is the laundry is non existent; the laundry room has one washer which doesn’t work and also no elevator and this room is on the 3rd floor which is hard carrying all your stuff up. Other than those things everything was nice

Beautiful property and conviently located

This condo is exactly how its listed. Its beautiful inside and out. Just a few steps from the beach and there are several shops and restaurants in walking distance. The property owner made sure that we had no issues checking in and out and was available if any issues arose!

Convenient to the beach!

Great 2 bedroom condo on the beach. Easy parking. Close to everything. Easy to get on the beach with a storage room for your beach supplies ! Nice pool with refreshing water. Only downside is that it’s on the third floor. You’ll get your workouts going up and down the stairs.

My family really enjoyed staying at David’s place! It had everything and more…very clean and had all the kitchen stuff you need if you are going to cook. The location is great! Beach and pool with golf close by….we will be definitely back!

Loved the location!

Perfect location-north of main stream Myrtle Beach. Everything you need in condo and your storage area for chairs umbrellas etc as soon as you get off the beach-very convenient . Outdoor shower as soon as you leave the sand A 3rd floor unit with no elevator -being in our 60’s we enjoyed the challenge ! Do stairs instead of taking the elevator Condo neat, Clean, and had all amenities Balcony had beautiful beach view and overlooked beautiful pool Loved location ! Would highly recommend
