Located 4 hours from San Francisco Bay Area, 2 hours from the Sacramento Valley, 30 minutes from South Lake Tahoe, 20 minutes from Kirkwood Ski Resort, 10 minutes from Markleeville, 15 minutes from Grover's Hot Springs State Park, 30 minutes from Sierra-at-Tahoe, 25 minutes from Adventure Mountain Lake Tahoe and 30 minutes from Carson City.

Explore the 1.5 acres, right outside your door, where you can enjoy sledding on your own personal hill (situated behind the house across the meadow) and many nearby hiking trails. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are minutes away. You are close to the towns of Woodfords, Minden, Gardnerville and Markleeville. You can head into South Lake Tahoe to try your luck with gambling or to Kirkwood Ski Resort for skiing/snowboarding. You can try out the natural hot springs at the nearby Grover Hot Springs State Park or just relax and unwind with family and friends.
